It’s all there in a chilled and relaxed atmosphere. And the coffee’s pretty good as well! Steve and Rachael will see to all your biking needs and are always on hand for a friendly chat and some advice. I just would take my bikes anywhere else �

Sorted me out with a set of brake pads when the shop was closed!! Went out for his way to get me some Avid pads or I'd've been screwed. Brilliant service. Highly recommended.

Riding up here for a week and my dropper post started playing up today, first day! I asked 3 lots of people on the trails who i could go to for help, they all said start at i-cycles! Popped in, Steve sorted it in minutes while I waited, saved our holiday! Much appreciated and always good to use a LBS. thanks again, Scott

They seemed to be changing as smoothly as ever now. Cheers.

Just wanted to thank Stevie for the amazing service he gave me recently. He has saved my ancient old Cove Stiffee from the scrap heap. The front forks were completely shot and he found an old set of compatible forks for me at an amazing price. The brakes were seized onto the old forks etc and much more wrong besides. Anyway I took the bike out on Saturday and it rides like a new bike. I'm a very happy customer :)

Just wanted to say a big thanks to all at i-cycles yesterday for getting me out of a jam, I stupidly left my front 15mm maxle for my fat bike in the driveway of my house as i loaded my bike into my mates van, Duhhh! went to Alpine but they couldnt help me, then was told about I- cycles, what did i get? service above and beyond, they did not have one in stock but kindly lent me one off their hire rocky mountain fat bike and wouldn't take any payment for the loan of it either, I did not know about I-cycles but I do now, it is also a great bike shop that I did not know was just down and on the same road from inners, also from what i saw has a great selection of gear and bikes at good prices, will DEFINITELY use so Guys n gals remember the name I cycles

I’ve been meaning to post this for a wee while now, up until last year I pretty much did most of my bike fettling myself. For various reasons I ended up getting Stevie at I-Cycles to help me out with a few bits and pieces on my two bikes, which subsequently convinced me that I should get him to do a lot more, as I’m obviously a bit shit at it ;-) I’ve since had a great service from him and he’s done a sterling job on everything I have asked of him … and even managed to get most of it done on time ;-)



I’ve had wheel repairs, wheel builds, bearing replacements, brake adjustments, in a good few cases he’s saved me spending silly money replacing kit that he’s somehow managed to breathe new life into.



So even taking into account the sarcasm and pelters I now receive on entering the shop I’d thoroughly recommend I-Cycles for any bike related stuff, Fantastic Bike Shop - deserves 6 stars.

If you in a spot and no-one can help, call the I-team. If your after a bespoke build or somthing away from the... Yawn.. Santa Cruz bike Inc.. then take a seat and tell Steve what you want from a bike, not what bike you want. I did and I am not longing for anything on the trails, just fitness to get back up the hill. Cheers !

I-cycles are always my bike shop of choice. They only ever stock quality kit and parts that they'd use themselves. Steve has always been ace at fixing my bike as soon as possible, or lending me a shop bike, to keep me working and riding. Are parts cheaper online? Of course they are, but you simply can't get service and advice like this online so any small added cost is well worth it. I'm always happy to support my LBS.

Great place, freehub issues on the uplift last weekend, quick run down to the shop, got a loan of a wheel while Steve sorted my freehub... Day saved and only 1 or 2 runs missed. Cheers ��

Absolutely stoked with the service from these guys/gal :-) Got to Inners after 7 hour trip up for Tweedlove only to find i had forgotten my front wheel... Doh... Rang the store and it was not a problem, a wheel was loaned to me straight away. Other local bike shops had been rang and no one would just loan out a wheel. The lady here did and she made my weekend! Went above and beyond my expectations of a bike shop. So happy i got to ride all weekend and drop the wheel back monday morning... Amazing service... Its the little things like this that make a bike shop amazing... Thank you so much.
