I Love Nails

I have been going to I Love Nails for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. It is a great wee place and I am always really happy with my nails. I really recommend.

I’ve been going to the salon every month for the last 3 years. Andrea is very professional and always does a great job, in fact I often get asked where I get my nails done!!

I Love Nails is a great little salon, I have my nails done on a regular basis and they always look great. Andrea and the girls always make me feel welcome, they are polite, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, I can't fault them.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Andrea is very professional and passionate about her job. Her nails are the best I have ever had, also jo is brilliant at her nail art. Would highly recommend anyone to visit, trust me u won't go anywhere else again.

Andrea and the girls at I love nails are friendly and professional. I have been having my nails done since they opened and am always happy with the results. The salon I clean and well kept and they always have the newest colour ranges and great ideas for something new or a bit different. I ❤ I ❤nails

The woman who did my nails was very good and I was happy with them.

The salon as a whole however and the other woman, who I presumed to be the owner was really rude and gave a very bad impression of the salon.
There were a few incidents during my visor which have contributed to me leaving this review.

I was not greeted or even acknowledged when I entered the salon. No one asked my name or if I had an appointment and after waiting ten minutes, I asked her to clarify if I had an appointment. There was no apology or explanation as to why it was past my appointment time and I still hadn't been seen. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time until I was seen. The woman who did my nails did then apologise and did a good job which I was grateful for.

Then when I was getting my nails done, another customer came in to ask for an appointment to which the owner basically ignored her questions and made her feel unwelcome until she left. She then made a snide comment about how the potential customer looked to the rest of us in the salon.

I was really upset about this as it was very judgemental, unprofessional and I will not return to the salon since she seems to think this is an acceptable way to treat people and customers. This was evident on multiple occasions on the day i visited.

I was basically a first timer for nails and honestly walked out the happiest person ever! Debbie.1 wouldn't go anywhere else.

Andrea is the best nail technician in glasgow by far. I've been to so many nail bars and the service, speed and quality is brilliant. I've been going regularly for a year now! Shellac lasts 4 weeks and only needs redone due to regrowth of nails. I stripped 4 layers of wallpaper using steamer, stripper and liquid and my nails survived completely in tack!! Highly recommend :)

Im a regular at I Love Nails and i cannot fault the service. The staff are very proffessional and really friendly . Ive tried various treatments in the salon which keeps me coming back for more. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Id highlly reccommend ! 5 stars all round peeps! Xxxxx

I came here to get a full set of semi-permanent eyelashes. I wish I hadn't. My therapist arrived late having slept in and energy drink in hand proceeded with the treatment. All seemed to be fine until she tried to open my eyes. SHE HAD GLUED MY TOP AND BOTTOM LASHES TOGETHER!! Without warning she took the tweezers and ripped them apart-OUCH!! When I finally left and had a look in a mirror my eyes were red and irritated with gaps in my eyelashes. Furthermore, the eyelashes and that had been successfully stuck on were a far cry from the natural look I had requested. Not pleased. I phoned up to ask for contact details so that I could leave feedback and the therapist gave me what was obviously her email address, so I never bothered, knowing that my feedback wouldn't get to the right person.
