Traded up old ring for lovely new sparky diamond for my upcoming 50th birthday From going to shop to get valuation on old ring and choosing new one staff were absolutely fantastic. Sized and ready to collect within hours and as I am on crutches the now they even brought ring downstairs to save me hobbling up them. Lovely shop and great customer service can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely buy from here again.

I seldom write a review for anything and never believe any reviews I read, so here we go. ....I came across this company by chance when shopping in Stirling. I had a few bits and pieces of broken jewellery which were not very valuable in money terms but worth the world to me in sentimental value. The staff were pleasant andpatient. The wee las took lots of time to listen to what I needed. I left all my precious pieces with them and went home. Within 2 days I had a phone call to check some details and after week was told everything was ready. I was surprised and delighted to find that they had sourced some coral for my bracelet. (I had previously approached a jeweller in Aberdeen who asked 8 times the price to repair!!)

Not only was everything perfect but they had taken the time to polish all my pieces. One of my rings had a cracking in the stone and it subsequently fell out. This company took back the ring, sourced new stone and reurned it to me by recorded delivery at no cost to myself.

Service above and beyond the call of duty. Amazing to find in this day and age.

As I don’t live nearby but know Ian Gallaghers is the best place for repairs, I phoned them on Monday, posted my engagement ring (missing one diamond) Tuesday and had it back on my finger by Thursday with all diamonds back in place looking even better than it did before! Can’t recommend Ian Gallaghers enough!

Both sides of my family back in the Stirling area use this jeweler exclusively as the expertise and customer service is consistently superlative regardless of the price point of any sales or repair work undertaken. Tremendous local loyalty and indeed international loyalty from customers such as myself that reside abroad and throughout the UK and still consider Ian Gallachher's to be "their" jeweller.
