I am an outgoing sociable person passionate and motivated by health & fitness. I strive for excellence and consistently achieve and exceed results and love that feeling of success.

I have been involved in elite level sport from a young age and picked up various training & techniques for competing and training but also ways to motivate to plan and to respond to environments and changes happening around me.

I studied sport & exercise science at university. The degree centered towards working with athletes, clients and patients. As a result of this I have a thorough understanding of how the body moves and functions. The knowledge is based on human anatomy, kinesiology, exercise physiology, exercise programming, biomechanics and nutrition.

As a personal trainer and coach I am able to blend my education, experience and motivation into a planned exercise program devised to help you reach your exercise and fitness goals.

I will make sure that when training becomes difficult that I provide the necessary drive to get you through your program. I will provide support and feedback on the training and will adapt to give you challenges and variety. As your personal trainer I will endeavour to dedicate my expertise, my passion and my love of health & fitness in order for you to reach your exercise goals.

I specialise in weight loss, nutrition and strength & conditioning.
