So another wonderful Cupping experience tonight ... I’ll let the client reveal themselves if they like but I did have their consent to post the pictures.
Tonight’s Cupping focussed in the knee and thigh aiding improved blood and nerve flow to an area of the body that had been significantly damaged in horse riding and a car accident!
The red mark was the client highlighting the area of numbness.
... These cups were ‘light’ as in a gentle vacuum was created but the Cups didn’t move for almost 20 minutes even with the knee bent!

There has been much said and celebrated about the benefits of Cupping - nationally, internationally, locally and even in the neighbourhood!
Cupping is suitable for children as well as adults and the elderly. The technique and ‘strength’ of the cup created by the speed and freshness of the flame along with the technique whether flash, moving or static ! The duration of Cupping with the young and elderly is key ... light and short in duration.
The picture shows a child who ha...d sustained a fracture on the left arm following a sporting fall ... see the difference between the two sides! The stagnation in the neck and scapula is different to that on the side where they didn’t land. The marks are not bruises as they are but caused by trauma... no pain is experienced.
In total this session was less than 10 minutes including a relaxing massage before and gentle Tui-Na after!
