If you’ve ever been lucky enough to dine at Casa Marcial in Asturias before, you may be familiar with our Executive Chef Nacho Manzano’s signature dessert: ‘Cuajada de apio’, a delicious celery panacotta with green apple. We’re delighted to have it on our summer specials menu! https://iberica.rest/Summer-specials

Popped in for lunch with my family and absolutely loved the place. Each dish was delicious and the smaller portions encouraged us to order things that we my not have tried as a regular main course. Also very well priced. Definitely recommend.

User

Out for Saturday lunch and decided to try Iberica. What a great decision! Food was absolutely amazing. Meat and cheese platter, asparagus on toast, dish of the day, patatas bravas and pate. What a feast! Everything was so delicious we just couldn't decide what we liked best. Our server was lovely. So helpful and knowledgeable. We just had to have dessert too. Accompanied by beer and gin cocktail. Word of warning though, when you are asked if you want water, remember to say tap water. £3.25 for a bottle of water is too much. Otherwise it is a great place to visit for a meal. They also do a special bar snacks menu which contains lots of things from the full menu but cheaper.

User

My husband and I had lunch here yesterday, restaurant was recommended by a friend and didn’t disappoint. Food and service both first class and restaurant had a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back next time we are in Glasgow and will be recommending to all of our family and friends. x

User

Lovely Tapas and wine selection! Can’t believe we finished two bottles of Constancia ! Multiple plates of tapas for 4 , all extremely delicious & amazing friendly service.

User

Ibérica is an absolute delight. From the phenomenal cheese and meat platter, to the chorizo lollipops, the asparagus toast and squid ink black rice--every tapas dish was to perfection. Since it was packed-- we ate at the bar seating area, and had a blast. The service was outstanding-- with the superb gentleman named Rudy, who knew exactly what to bring, and when. This is a MUST-DO dining experience!!

User

I came here last night with my friend for a girly catch-up. We had the meat/cheese plate, chorizo lollipops and Gavins prawns - followed by the seafood paella. All dishes were lovely but the chorizo lollipops were amazing.

The food was great but the staff were amazing. They took the time to explain dishes on the menu and helped us pick out cocktails which were to our tastes, rather than just try and make a sale. All in all we had a lovely time in a beautifully decorated resteraunt with gorgeous food and brilliant staff. Can't wait to come back.

User

Having previously visited Iberica in Leeds I was thrilled to hear that another one had opened up in Glasgow and I was not disappointed! Beautiful and stylish interior. Service was excellent, from being met at the door to being shown to our table, to having the menu explained and being given recommendations on food. A special thank you to David for looking after us. Food was delicious, from the soft bread and oils, to the chorizo lollipops. The staff were attentive throughout, topping up our wine and water and checking that everything was ok. Such a delightful experience and we shall definitely be back!!

User

Great food, service and drinks. I’ll definitely be back.

User

Friendly and professional service. Best tapas and sangria ever tasted.

User

First time I have been to Iberica. Went with my husband yesterday as it was my birthday. Had various tapas and a bottle of wine. Loved the tapas and the wine was excellent. Have already been recommending this place to all our friends and family. Will definitely be back.

User

Fab authentic tapas, great atmosphere, friendly service. Defo be back

User

Dined here 2 weeks in a row and can't fault a thing. Stunning venue, excellent food and drinks, first class service and fantastic value for money. Our faves were the pate, croquettes, corn fritters, chorizo lollipops, green asparagus toast and the riojas but everything is delicious. Highly recommend for top class tapas

User

Delish tapas beautiful cocktails and amazing service from lovely Leo he was a credit to the restaurant can’t wait to come back!

User

As a lover of Spain and all thinks Spanish- I've been to many Spanish restaurants and tapas theme restaurants in Glasgow and its surrounding areas, but last night 23.06.18 my Wife and I tried Iberica in St Vincent on the corner of Hope Street and i cannot say anything else other than this is Simply the Best Spanish themed restaurant outside Spain. Wonderful atmosphere- ambiance- service and truely outstanding food. We'll be back. Treat yourself and visit.

User

Fantastic food, amazing and attentive staff. Considering the quality of food, not your regular small portion tapas. Very good value for money on that side. Drinks are on the extremely pricey side though...

User

Dined here on 4 occasions and always enjoy the food. The service can be slow and the staff, whilst predominantly appearing to be Spanish which is a plus, don't always seem to understand the Glasgow/Scottish vernacular? I would have no hesitation in recommending Iberica, but you can't pop in for a quick bite to eat or drink.

User

1st time here and was impressed with service and food. Will be back again sometime Soon!

User

I loved this place the first time we were in and was really looking forward to Saturday night. Food IS good but they need to sort out service. There are loads of staff but there doesn't appear to be any 'system'. Took ages to order, then drinks were (very) slow. One main course dish turned up after desert...that sort of thing... Staff were nice and manager deducted the dish that was late plus an extra drink from our bill (after we pointed out we'd been charged for the late dish) but it seemed pretty chaotic. We were served by 4-5 people alone...don't seem to focus servers on particular tables so difficult for staff to stay on top of things.

On the 20th January myself and 7 others had booked a table here for my birthday. After making the booking my friend got a call to say that we had to pre book our meal - or else face a long wait for our food on the night. Fair enough.

We turned up at 8.30 on the night and our table was ready for us. An hour later and only a few tapas dishes had been brought to our table. 4 of us had ordered 2 paellas to share and one had ordered a steak and there was no sign of any of these. I spoke to someone who said she would speak to the manager, but what came of this I don't know, I was told that they "had a very busy spell in the kitchen". Another half hour passed with no food and a friend demanded to speak to the manager, who eventually came to our table and agreed to take 50% off all the food. By the time the food turned up - almost 2 hours after we first sat down, so it was now almost 10.30 - my friends had cancelled a paella and a frittata that they had ordered which also didn't turn up.

What made this whole experience even more infuriating was that during the whole 2 hours that we sat waiting for food, that we had pre ordered, a table of 2 people next to us that had walked in off the street, Sat down, ordered paella, received it and ate it and we were still waiting. Not to mention anything of the servers that brought dishes to our table that none of us had ordered and stormed away with a bad attitude when we told them they weren't ours.

The only reason this place managed to scrape 2 stars from me was 1 - the tapas I actually received was nice and 2 - our server Elle was a credit to them and she couldn't have been more helpful or apologetic.

TL:DR This place is a joke, they made my birthday meal miserable and despite the fact our food was half price it is ridiculously expensive for what it is. I would avoid it like the plague.
