Would like to thank Alex and the team for treating Kai with the upmost respect and dignity he deserves. They made this horrible time that little easier. Thank you so much we will never forget what you and your team have done for us.

We lost our beloved border collie Sparky on Wednesday after 15 years. Alex picked Sparky up from the vets and we got his ashes yesterday. Alex was so nice and helpful and really understood what we were going through. I am delighted with his service and will recommend him. �

We just had to say goodbye to our girl Kam, who was only 6, and it was all a difficult and painful process.

IcarePet Crem was working with our vet so we just went along, but having them on the phone, being so so helpful and kind was a relief. Our vet wasn't super clear on the costs but Alex was more than willing to understand and answered every questions and concerns we have. I didn't even expect to be able to collect Kam's ashes and I'm quite happy to do so now, and be able to pay her tribute and planting a tree for her.

Having such human and caring people on the other line makes a world of difference in these times. Can't thank them enough and I recommend them to anyone who'll have to say goodbye to their pets.

Unfortunately we have used the company twice now. Both times, our dogs have been treated with love and respect. Thank you Alex for caring for Tessa and getting her ashes back to us within 24 hours.

Today we lost our beloved dog broxi he was part of our family after being let down with another place as late as 6:30 in evening Alex was more than happy to help us out after a long drive from Ayrshire where we already drop off our beloved dog and picked back up Alex waited until we arrived at 8:30 and greeted us with respect not like the other place I would certainly recommend this guy 100% and thank you for putting our minds at ease regarding the cremation of our beloved boy

This has to be the kindest, most genuine place there is to deal with your pets final day!

The staff go the extra mile to accommodate you and meet your needs, nothing is too much bother, you are informed of everything every step of the way.

We felt reassured that everything would be done right for Marley and she would have been well cared for in every way.

If you are looking for someone who cares and a place that is professional and true to their word then this is the place you need to choose, I would highly recommend them.

The service from Eric was excellent and I absolutely loved the casket I got my dogs ashes back home in... I would definitely recommend lCarePetCrem to anyone who wants their beloved pets passing treated with dignity.

Thank you so much Alex for your kindness. Our cat Vegas was put to sleep after a sudden stroke on Tuesday. We are all devastated. Your kindness and the extra touches (photo frames etc) you provided are a comfort. His wee memorial box is beautiful. Thank you x

Sadly I had to say goodbye to my gorgeous Benji yesterday and I knew that I wanted a personal single cremation. I researched hard and it was the lovely comments on this page that made me choose Alex and I am so glad I did. Alex was there to pick Benji up in his bed and we were able to go and collect him less than 24 hrs later. The little touches Alex provides really make such a difference and I feel so relieved that my boy was taken such good care of. If considering Alex then you will not be let down.

Our lovely boy Ollie passed away on Saturday and we found Alex. I would just like to say thank you so much to Eric who came and picked our boy up and brought him back on Tuesday he made it such a lovely experience and I would highly recommended them, I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did for Ollie x

I would like to thank Alex and staff at iCarePetCrem .. The care and compassion they showed Max and us in such a difficult time.. as well as the fast response so early in the morning ... ...... also the small touches when receiving the ashes the small touches extremely went a long way thanks you so much

I phoned Alex last week as my 17 year old dog max passed away . He was great very quick ,compassionate and thoughtful from picking him up to bringing his ashes back to us all with a very individual personal touch .Can not recommend him or his company highly enough if anyone else finds themselves losing a beloved pet .

I can’t recommend this lovely company enough. Our cat Sebastian passed on Friday after 18 years, phoned Alex on the Sunday and he was out within the hour. Alex is a really lovely person, very compassionate. He took Sebby away and we got him back today. His little casket with his name on the box, two little mini photo frames with a piece of Sebastian’s fur, a candle and some forget me not seeds to put in the garden.



I would definitely recommend this company, I will use them again but hopefully not for a number of years.

I cannot thank you enough for the service you have given us. It was excellent and has made such a difference at such a hard time. It's the little extra touches that mean so much but the most touching thing was when you collected Molly and stroked and spoke to her - just like you would with your own dog. Cannot thank Alex enough for the care compassion and respect he showed my beautiful girl Zara. Came and picked her up from the house spoke to her and clapped her. She was handled with gentle care. So glad I found you as I was worried where I'd have to leave her, got her ashes back in a beautiful bronze finished German Shepard which was triple the size I expected! Thank you so much for giving my pup the send off she deserved .

Can't thank Alec enough for the service we had with Tara our wee cat who was 17 yrs old she broke her leg and vet found underlying health issues and it was the kindest thing to do for her ,we phoned Alec at short notice and still in shock Alec took us through the whole process explaining it to us the care and attention that was given was second to none and the the extra touches with forget me not seeds to plant in her memory ,wee clipping of fur in a card to put her picture in ,was lovely we miss her dearly as she was a very much loved family member and the service that was given is excellent and personal touch ,was very much appreciated .

After losing our 17 yrs old cat Tara , we lost our beloved 11yrs old dog Cher to heart failure ,we once again used the services of Alex and his team i cant thank them enough for the care and attention that was given to Cher and all the wee personal touches mean so much .
