Had phone unlocked very quickly and no problem. Also this shop has just about everything you could ask for

Had taken my wife's phone in to get new screen fitted a he done more damage to phone said it was something else gave him befit off doubt extra 30 pound on top off 30 for screen took phone home won't charge and not turn on taken it somewhere else and was told he damaged board when taken old screen out had to put one star but would be 0 and would not recommend anyone to take phone here to get fixed

This small store has always had every item I need. I live 2 miles away and a hardware shop is a 30 second walk from my home. Ideal store has better quality goods and priced very fair. The owner always has a hello for everyone. A credit to small shop owners.

Nice cheap shop went to buy a wash machine hose only £3.49 never had any problems with the phone i have had repaired and unlocked

Took a Sony Xperia z3 for replacement screen, next day the new screen peeled Off, I noticed damage to the back, there is something in front of the flash and since I have noticed the earphone socket no longer works. Oh and the new screen cracked after 1 week. £70 to wreck my phone, not a good deal. Avoid at all costs!!

Took a water damaged iphone 5s to be repaired. Told we would be contacted within an hour, 3 days later after having to persistently chase them, we picked the phone up not repaired. A few days later the phone was opened by some one else. There was damaged cabling and missing components! Absolute joke of a store, manned by clueless cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...... That is of course unless you want to turn what could have been a relatively inexpensive repair for a semi-competent individual, into a phone that may now be beyond economical repair.
