Ideal Textiles

Low quality materials and high price?! would never recommend this place!

The product I received had a completely different appearance to the one I ordered online - different design and colour. After calling up ideal textiles, they explained that the suppliers had changed the design of the cover and the website had not been updated. This is unacceptable for a company to lie to their customers about what they are selling. Not only because of the hassle of returning products, but the principle. I would have thought ideal textiles had higher standards of service. There's no way I can trust what's on their website anymore.
EDIT: Even a few days after they were informed of this, the same cover is still for sale.
