A restaurant and bar dedicated to sustainability and 'keeping it local' as well as energy efficiency and waste awareness. We serve artisan malt whiskies, scottish liquers, craft beers, only organic wines and fairtrade soft drinks in a cute historic Newtown house 10 mins walk from Princes Street. Our menu (available downstairs in our quirky bar or upstairs in our dining room) uses only the best local, organic and sustainable produce from organic farms, social enterprises and small producers.

Iglu has won many awards for its food and has been included in the Michelin guide. Hearty wholesome mains £14-£18. Open for dinner Thursday-Saturday.
