I do not like leaving bad reviews about a local business, but I ordered a printed t-shirt for my son who was going away on a trip this morning. I was told it would be ready on time. I tried to contact Ikonic prints by message yesterday & early this morning with no response. My husband went to the shop at 9.30am & it was closed. He waited for 30 minutes. We both tried phoning & no answer. Finally got a hold of Chris by phone an hour later who said that a staff member was off sick, but he would be at the shop at 11.30, which was too late for us. Disappointed that customers are let down for orders when it was made clear it was needed by a certain date.
