we had the most amazing lunch here today...my husband adores the mac and cheese and you HAVE to try the scallops and chorizo...��� totally stunning!...and its amazing value for money x

Visited on Sunday for a family lunch following my sons communion and the food and service was fantastic. Huge portion sizes, and the staff kindly brought my son a free dessert to celebrate his day. Will definitely be back!!

The food was amazing! Really tasty and best I've had in a while. Your waitress (young blonde girl), was lovely, kind and helpful. She made my friends birthday dinner that bit more special, with her lovely chat! Thank you xxx

I had a last minute wedding reception here last week and nothing was too much trouble for Mariusz and his team. We had such an amazing time, the food was amazing, the service was exceptional and mariusz made us feel like royalty. Thank you so so much for a day we will never forget.

I brought my girlfriend to Il Capo tonight as part of a weekend away and was not disappointed. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive and the service was brilliant. The food was fantastic, as was the atmosphere. Thanks to our server, Nicole, for looking after us and even recommending some bars to us and calling us a taxi to get back to where we’re staying! 10/10 would recommend!

Had an absolutely delicious meal here tonight. The food was great, decent portions and the prices were very reasonable. Both the lady and gentleman on shift were very pleasant and friendly. I am not local to the area but would come back to visit this wee gem again.

First time at IL CAPO and I have to say I was blown away by the service firstly and the food certainly did not disappoint either but the attention to detail was ace. Nothing was to much trouble and every course was a dream so much so we booked the same time next week again. Everything was great but Tommy the waiter was nothing short of the best I have ever seen in a long time.

Fantastic!! Lovely staff and the most amazing pizza i have ever tasted. My new fav place to dine!

Fabulous meal out in the new beer garden. Service was great. Even Bluetoothed our own music

The starters were really tasty and the gnocchi had just the right kick to it. Friendly service. Oh and the hand-cut parmesan chips are magic!

Last night was my 1st time in IL CAPO and really enjoy It! Both my boyfriend and I thought the food was delish and the restaurant itself was nice and cosy. I had pasta which was lovely and my man had pizza (still going on about how good it tasted) and we had a side order of chip which were like little chips of heaven��� Deserts were outstanding too!! All in all we both had a fab meal!

The 1 n only negative thing I could say was the water and the hand dryers in the toilets were absolutely freezing!!! Don't think my hands heat up after I left the bathroom�

We will Defo be back tho! 4* from us :)

IL CAPO .Had a very pleasant evening in IL CAPO last night celebrating our Aunt's birthday.Chef came to the table to welcome us and advise us on any questions we had regarding the menu and all the staff were very polite and helpful. Would certainly visit again.

Was here for a works Christmas night out last night. Food was good and company was great however I felt the service was pretty terrible. Took over 20 mins for a simple drink of rum and coke not to mention the dogs abuse I received from the girl serving us. Had nip home (only 2 mins away) and when I returned to ask if the party was still there she replied they had just left in a taxi, when I turned to leave she loudly stated to the other staff "for f*ck sake can't she see they've just left". I don't expect to be spoken to or about like that in a restaurant we had just spent a lot of money in. The girls comments were unprofessional and staff like that could be losing the restaurant money. Highly doubt I will be back and if I hadn't been in a rush to meet back with the party I would have lodged a complaint with the manager.

Think it’s going down hill not the same quality as the last time we were there always loved the food here overloaded with garlic veal saltamboca no Parma ham and dried sage in the sauce sad was a great place when George and sam was there

Went here 2017 xmas dinner and was very disappointed. We go to this restraunt regularly but i don't think I'll be back. First of all they had no beer on draught. My dad only drinks draught beers so after 1 pint he had to drink water. We had to keep goin to the bar to reorder drinks as they were taking too long to come. When they were bringing the courses the plates from the last course hadn't been took away. My son who is 4 was left without any food for an hour and a half and when his came he was not only cranky but the order was wrong. 2 out of the 6 of our party had turkey and it was absolutely terrible. It was dry, looked like sliced cold meat and it was so hard we couldnt cut it never mind eat it. The baby potatoes were stone cold and my full meal was inedible. We paid over £500 for the meal and they took £15 off because the waiter agreed the turkey was dry. Christmas day dinner was ruined
