Great old school photo shop and who develop film still which is rare! Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Once again great service. Pictures printed very quick. Staff even offered to put my pics into the frames I purchased in store. I really enjoy the experience when I visit the shop. Staff are so helpful and very friendly.

I will not return here. I was shocked at the glum-faced and unhelpful staff in the shop. I noticed that when I read other reviews that this is not an unusual experience. The female counter staff member was particularly unhelpful, verging on the aggressive. I could have given them a significant amount of business but decided to buy the equipment to do the task I requested myself. (Hence saving money in the process.) Some significant staff training or change in personnel is needed. I should point out that I have never written a review like this for any business that I have had to deal with so it is with some regret that I have had to do so. I felt it necessary in order to warn potential customers.

I got my graduation photos from here and they are excellent. Good value for money, had to queue a little bit on the day but it was pretty busy, really friendly service and would definitely recommend.

Get your passport photo done somewhere else. I bet a machine does it better. Had mine done here, colours were washed out, my head wasn't even centred in the frame, and the edges of the printout weren't cut out properly. Very very poor job.

First class service from I &N photo Dundee every time . They have developed many 35mm films for me and I will continue to use them in the future , with the lack of small businesses offering this service these days and the only options being online or supermarket, it is a no brainer to continue supporting family businesses in any small way we can .

When going to get your photos taken for legal documents, such as passports, ensure the photos are of the correct size before paying.

Very bad cusomer service went into there the other week and was not made to feel welcome at all the way i was spoken to was appaling and was not treated very nice i will deffo recommend to go else where i will not be going back
