Inchdairnie Distillery

We are a Fife distillery that brings malt whisky tradition into the modern world. From grain to bottle, we take an innovative approach to flavour and engineer our whiskies with a strong purpose: to excite palates. The distillery only uses barley which has been grown locally in Fife. Alongside our copper pot stills, synonymous with whisky making, InchDairnie uses two bespoke pieces of equipment, a Mash Filter and Lomond Hill Still, both used for experimentation and innovation. We are Fife Grown, Fife Distilled and Fife Matured.
