Having spent my 20's trying every diet under the sun and none of them being hugely successful, I decided after I had my 2 children 17 months apart, that I needed to shift the weight once and for all! I didn't want to be the chunky mum at the school gates or on sports day and I was fed up wearing black on date night, so I gave Cambridge Weight Plan a shot.

It's been a year since I reached my target weight and I have had no problem maintaining it. If you are like me and want to lose weight and keep it off, then Cambridge is the weight plan for you.
