We now offering a fresh approach to Indian cooking with exciting cookery class that emphasis hands-on cookery training, top quality home grown produce and inspirational teaching.
We now have 4-6 hours of Indian cooking training and dining at comfort of your home. Course designed to suit beginners as well as experienced cooks, our team of professional chef will inspire you to cook with imagination, passion and enjoyment. Whether your aim is to take your cookery skills to the next level, or to cook for family and friends, we make your cooking classes a memorable experience. You will be provided with recipes and spices to start cooking. We can also choose a wine to match your menu for the day. (Wine is excluding the price)We will bring raw materials for cooking, most of the cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery and glassware for the cooking and dining. We will do the dish washing and clean your kitchen after the meal so you can continue to enjoy the evening with friends and family.
Standard hours are 11am till 4pm, but we can accommodate other time requirements on request.
Available 7 days a week. We offer our services anywhere in Scotland.

What a really enjoyable experience. Praveen was welcoming and I have learned a great deal from today. The food we cooked was delicious and I look forward to using what I have learnt when cooking for my family.
Well what can i say... Had a fabulous day at Tabla Indian cook school in Perth yesterday and learned a few new things by the wonderful Praveen who makes you feel so welcome, and is such a lovely person. His assistant Audrey is such a hard worker and knows just exactly what to do without bring prompted by Praveen. I just can't praise the day enough and will definilty be booking again to learn another few dishes Highly recommend a day cooking at the school!
We were lucky enough to have some of Praveen and his team to show us there Indian cooing skills. Amazed as to how healthy Indian food was. The herbs & spices used were phenomenal so nice to see how these meals r cooked from scratch. Thank you, definitely an experience everyone should try.

This is a fantastic cook school! The recipes are simple and the instructions are great. I got this as a Xmas present as I love the food at tabla restaurant. And you get to take home the food you have made and small amount is taken for the table for everyone to sit and eat! Looking forward to trying the skills at home!
Really enjoyed my cookschool day, learnt how to make a surprising amount of dishes including poppadoms, chutneys, starters, fish, chicken, dhal, rice, chapattis and more! Praveen is very generous in sharing his knowledge, recipes and tips and I loved hearing his stories from India. 5 star fab!
