DISHONEST

I bought a Flymo Lawn Mower from Amazon UK seller HomeIdeas4u which links to this Inex HomeCare , Glasgow.
The lawn mower was faulty, I gave the seller choice or replacing it and getting the faulty one picked up at the same time or giving me a full refund plus return postage costs or a pre paid postage by the seller. They did neither to my satisfaction, asked me to use return postage of my choice. After receiving the package back, refunded me amount for lawn mower but not the postage. When I mentioned again the product was faulty, they didn't acknowledge it instead lied to me that it was tested and is fine. When I asked for a test report, I was told I'd get it but I haven't and it's been 10 days. Anything I get now, I am sure will be a fake test report.
I've opened a ticket with Amazon for this and asked for refund of my postage charges. The seller should be taken off amazon.
