Absolutely fantastic people and service. Walk into the showroom and you would think that you were in a 5 star hotel lobby, the showroom floor is like a high end boutique somewhere in the west end of London. She display models are immaculate and wow what a standard of car - luxurious. The staff are friendly and will bend over backwards to ensure that your visit is a pleasurable one. When buying a car they are intent on getting the right car for you and the test drive rout is a must for any future customer. The whole process was a pleasure and my new car is a dream come true. Top marks to the team and especially William for a great and painless service.

The best kept secret on UK roads. The Infiniti Q50 2.2D Sport. Amazing !!

My Q50 was in for a software update this morning. This was my first visit to the Infiniti centre... I was amazed at how great this place looked. The staff were great and were so friendly and welcoming.
The car drove perfectly after the update and it was cleaned better than what it was when I bought it. The service I received from Infiniti Glasgow was exceptional, not just above average it was miles above.
If other car companies took a leaf out of Infiniti's book there would be a hell of a competition in the car market.
I don't know why there are not more Infiniti's in driveways as the cars are great to drive and well built.

Very friendly staff, competitive pricing for repairs/servicing. Perhaps the Infiniti brand is still making a name for itself in the UK, but as a result they try much harder to go the extra mile, and are miles ahead of BMW dealer garages in Glasgow. I will only take my Z to Infiniti Glasgow if at all possible and I live in London! Moreover I'll try and take my old BMW here also if possible for any issues or repairs.
