The maintenance team were really helpful and quickly organised any repairs or replacements that needed to be made in the flat. Great service from Amy who always answered to our emails really quickly and made sure that everything was done properly and without any faults. Really happy with the service!

I recently rented a flat through Infiniti properties and from the onset, the interactions have been clear and honest. Everyone I've encountered during my stay at the flat has been very helpful, especially Daryl Harper who helped during the early stages and Amy Martin who has constantly been helpful with any maintenance issues through speedy replies and actions.

Fantastic service from Neil when arranging our mortgage. He was friendly, efficient and genuinely interested in getting us a good deal. Can't recommend enough.

Good start with Infiniti Properties. The emails are very quick responsed, the agents are very professional and conscientious. Talked with the new business manager, got some very valuable advise about the flat, feel very confident to hand over the flat to them. More feedback will be updated! So far so good! Bing

The worst agency ever! I've been thru a hell between 6 months of renting a flat from them!
DAY 1. They gave me the wrong keys! I couldn't even get into a flat after picking up the keys. Luckily enough handyman was INSIDE the flat when I arrive and he open the door for me. Not what you really expect on the day of moving in. What if he wouldn't be in? I would waste half of the day between driving from agency to flat, flat to agency and then agency to the flat again?
That is the last thing you need on your moving day.
FIRST WEEK. The balcony door were shattered and stoped working finally. I couldn't close them thru the whole winter. I reported that to the agency. Nothing was done during my tenancy time. I payed extra for heating from my own pocket. Rent for the flat was 650£\monthly.
FOLLOW WEEKS... Dump is slowly showing up in the flat. Previously handyman I mentioned earlier was obviously covering the signs with cheap paint. After few weeks everything is falling apart and the smell is coming out. It was my fault apparently according to one of the staff members from Infinity. I didn't ventilated the flat properly. Ok!
My balcony window is still half open.
5TH MONTH
I'm overdue with my payment! Not in a real world... in infinity reality! This semi-proffesionals working there can't even count to 6! They tried to charge me on my 5th month of rent for 7th month! How? I don't know till today. Obviously they think other people cant do their job? Really?
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
I put my notice to quit straight away. They are UNWORTHY AND MANIPULATIVE THIEF'S. Renting a property supposed to be easy and straight forward. Forget about this with Infinity! After a month of moving out I still didn't received my deposit back. I phoned them to explain that. Apparently I damaged some things. Things that were broken on the day I moved in!
Luckly enough I took the pictures before! I send them to you the office. I couldn't care less about them at this point and I phone the police. It was a obvious scam from their side! They told me what to say and I had my deposit back next day!
AND FINALLY ANGIE... what a character! I never meet more unqualified manager ever! Manipulative, bitter and unhappy woman. Owners of Infinity were trying to explain Angie behavior over the previous 6 months and reasons. Sorry but I can't care less about her broken love life. It was obvious she wasn't fitted for this job at this time! But that's a management choice what kind of people to employ.

Think twice before signing up with this company, my experience consisted of being told lie after lie or a response would be made up on the spot to any query asked.
Customer service does not appear important to infinity.
After seeing the reply from infinity management to my review I can only assume they live in a fictional world where they believe their own lies, as it was me who could not tolerate the lies any longer and issued infinity with notice. I am confident prospective tenants / landlords will see this genuine review and decide for themselves if it's worth getting involved with this company.
To give the readers a flavour of what type of company infinity is please continue reading, I was contacted by Scott Hume (Director) shortly after leaving this review and "threatened with legal action if I did not remove the review immediately" going against what he advises in other reviews "infinity welcome both positive and negative reviews" as my review was fair and honest and currently there is no law against telling the truth I thought it best to leave my review to let others who read this review make their own mind up.
I would be curious to know if anyone else who previously left a negative review of Infinity received a similar message, it may help others before they make a mistake.
