Tonight we attended the autism friendly hour and it was great! The lady let my son go straight on as he was struggling to wait and the guy who was supervising the session was really great! I didn’t catch his name but he was very clued up on autism and really took time to interact with my kids the world needs more people like him!!!

The session will be busier next week for you guys I have made sure of it thanks for this opportunity really makes life easier for our children xxx

User

Today we went for a family session was my little boy whos 2.5 1st time and he was so excited unfortunately he took a tumble just as session started which was nothing to do with the place just an accident before we even got him off the trampoline a member of staff checked he was ok as we thought he was we sent him away but realising he had really hurt himself and was going into shock another member of staff was straight back over checking him then the 1st aider took over he was amazing with him got an ice pack on and a drink to treat the shock then also sent us to a n e the staff could not have been more helpful or efficient in what we thought was a broken leg but thankfully turned out not to be hopefully i can take him back in future to enjoy it as he was so excited to go

**edit spoke too soon broken leg in full cast :( **

User

Shocked when I see this place getting 1 star , love this place , the staff etc all go above and beyond a safe and stimulating environment for children and adults

Highly recommend

User

My boys love infinity An they are there pretty much every week. Very helpful when came first time to infinity An explained my youngest son had autism An have even made sure he has a quiet area for his party later this month.

Safety marshalls very helpful have taught my boys lots of tricks An encouraged them.

Only thing I'd like to see if some kind of loyalty card for those who do attend regularly and possibly a parkour class like some trampoline parks offer as know my boys would definitely want to attend that.

User

My 19 month old boy enjoyed the toddler session from 10-11am today. I would thoroughly recommend this too anyone that has a toddler. Great way to burn of their energy. Definitely going to go back again.

User

Had a great day. Quite a journey to get there but well worth it. We had two hour sessions with a break in between. Clean, tidy, not too busy with friendly, helpful staff. What more could you want? But there is more, the trampolines are great fun and my muscles tell me it is a great workout too.

I'll be back, to Infinity and beyoing.

User

Great place, friendly helpful staff. Kids had a fab day and so did I, booked the family hour session as it was my 3yr old son's first time and he loved it. Thanks.

User

Fantastic place for kids and adults to enjoy. Great customer service, staff are fantastic. Highly Recommended!

User

Fab place inverness was definitely desperate for something like this. Only thing I would say is that the railings could have done with being better to see through but I'm sure there is some reason why they are like they are was just difficult to be able to watch hubby and wee one having fun while I stayed at a table with the baby.

User

Even though I had a little accident today whilst trampolining, my boys had an amazing time.

I'd like to say thank you to your amazing first aiders who looked after me today (I didn't quite catch their names) and the lovely young lady behind the counter. You were all so professional and friendly. Unfortunately my accident has resulted in a fractured ankle, we will be back in the near future but think ill keep my feet firmly on the ground next time

User

Nice place, very well set out. Most staff were very helpful, showing us how to do tricks etc. Maybe could have done with a bit more supervision on the back trampolines, we found when we were on them that smaller kids kept running on them and jumping right next to us on the same trampoline and we couldn't move out of the way for them. Understand that this happens when a place is as busy as it was on Saturday though and noone got hurt so all good! Lockers were a good idea for our things to be left in, maybe could put water fountains/coolers beside them for a quick mouthful of water to be had instead of having to go in and out of a locker everytime we needed a drink? Brilliant place though, will be recommending it to everyone and will certainly be back!

User

My kids really enjoyed themselves but I'd love to see their Autism friendly sessions opened up to kids/families with all different kinds of disabilities as contrary to popular belief, it really isn't just kids with Autism who have difficulties with busy places and sensory issues.

User

Having not been in for a long time, I was pleased to see the old badly fitted carpet had been removed and that the disabled access was a lot better. The seating arrangement had improved and there was a proper counter for ordering drinks. The trampoline area was well supervised.

User

Good trampoline park, just read your email you sent regarding going into your third year in business . Well done . You have gave kids something they enjoy to visit . Expanding would benefit the trampoline park . Maybe a mini ninja warrior course , battle beams and some vending machines added. Seen these in another park and seem popular . Just a thought since you asked for ideas . Keep up the good work. My kids love the park .

User

Well staffed, good safety information. Very polite staff, who were being very safety aware and doing there job well. However at £24 in total for myself and two children aged 3 and 7, for 1 hour it's too expensive for what it is.

User

Visited this venue before and everything was ok. Sadly on this occasion the same can not be said. First of all it was a children's party treat. One of the children was 5 so prior to travelling 110 miles down the parent contacted the company who said the age would be fine as long as they are accompanied by an adult. On arrival the person behind the counter said there is only set times for children of this age. Very annoyingly we were not informed of this over the phone. The parent that travelled down understandably is not happy and we are very annoyed about this also. Who ever it was that gave the information over the phone needs to inform customers more clearly as to not waste people's time, cause upset and disappointment.

Not very good is it................

And while I am on a roll, it is very annoying the toilets are 'out of order' resulting in children having to go across the road to Farmfoods which obviously results in less time on the allotted time. This just adds to disappointing time we have had as a collective group. And us as the organisers of the party trying to explain to the upset child they can't go on the trampoline...........

I suggest if you wish to visit this venue and your like us and have to travel a round trip of 5 hrs you make sure you get the staff to explain everything to you over the phone before you get there.

And get their name so you can pinpoint and highlight their failings.....

User

I think the owners of this park need to visit either ryze or flip out in Glasgow to get hints for a well run trampoline place inclusive of cafe. Prices too much for what it is per first hour. My youngest is a trampoline enthusiast but said he does not want to go back. Layout is poor and not well thought out. My 3 kids do not want to visit again. For the adults watching static for one hour or more there needs to be a heated area especially in winter instead of having to wear winter jackets or thermals indoors. Prices for bottled water well overpriced.

User

Took the kids to the "after dark session" this evening 29th June.

Having been told the price was higher due to the "after dark session" my partner dually paid the fee and the kids went on.

Having looked up the web page there was to be an in house DJ and the lights would be out.

20minutes in and there was the same CD playing, no DJ and daylight in the venue.

When we queried a staff member to see where the DJ was and why there was no change in the lighting state my partner was told "well in the winter it's darker but as it's summer the light is still coming in."

When my partner then asked why we were charged more when there has been no change she was told "well you know" and thay he would pass the complaint onto the manager.... we are still waiting to hear from said manager!!

Very disappointed not to get the service that was advertised and to be pawned off by the staff member.

Usually a great place to visit but on this occasion feeling very let down and disappointed by the awful customer service.

I look forward to a response from the management - hopefully this time we actually get a response!!!!

User

Took my 6 year old son and 8 year old daughter for the first time. After not even 10 mins my son broke both bones in his leg, it was horrendous . My son ended up in emergency theatre that night. In my opinion more staff is needed to stop kids sharing trampolines or less kids should be allowed on at a time.

You were all so professional and friendly. Unfortunately my accident has resulted in a fractured ankle, we will be back in the near future but think ill keep my feet firmly on the ground next time

My kids really enjoyed themselves but I'd love to see their Autism friendly sessions opened up to kids/families with all different kinds of disabilities as contrary to popular belief, it really isn't just kids with Autism who have difficulties with busy places and sensory issues.

Having not been in for a long time, I was pleased to see the old badly fitted carpet had been removed and that the disabled access was a lot better. The seating arrangement had improved and there was a proper counter for ordering drinks. The trampoline area was well supervised.

Well staffed, good safety information. Very polite staff, who were being very safety aware and doing there job well. However at £24 in total for myself and two children aged 3 and 7, for 1 hour it's too expensive for what it is.
