What a dreadful experience!!

Very often tracker will inform you that next tram to city arrives in "2" minutes but 2 minutes for this tracker very often turns to be minimum of 5 minutes. Just now I had to wait 8 minutes even tracker kept informing me that the tram will arrive in 2 minutes.

This is not the first time that such a situation happened. I use trams on regular basis and this stop seems to have an issue with its technology.

Also points down for no appropriate shelter as the stop is in exposed area with nothing around and Scottish weather being Scottish you have no option to hide.

Small car park. Full by mid morning mid week.

Free parking all day, plenty of busses and trams to get you into Edinburgh quickly. Only bad thing is there's virtually nothing to shelter you in bad weather. Got off the tram today just as a torrential downpour started. Nowhere to go so we all got soaked to the skin.
