Hello! As most of you know I have now raised the £6,200 for project trust. I now need to raise roughly £1,500 for spending money while I'm out there.
Last Thursday I was called by Project Trust letting me know that there was a space available in a project in Zambia 🇿🇲. It is the same job but just a different country. I was sent information about Zambia and a blog from a current volunteer working there. The next day I decided to take them up in the offer and go Zambia instead... of Guyana. I will be living in a place called Mumbwe which can is about an hours drive from a national park. I have been told that it is Africa as you would imagine it, with lions, giraffes and elephants. Although it is strange changing country after fundraising for another I am very excited for this new opportunity!
While I'm there I will have a blog which I will set up nearer my departure in August.

Hello, as most of you may know I am hosting a Mad March Ceilidh this Saturday to raise funds for Project Trust. At this ceilidh we will have both a raffle and a silent auction. Below I have listed the items for each. Importantly, you do not need to come to the ceilidh to bid on one of the silent auction items. Wanted to let you know about a silent auction which will be taking place at my fundraising mad march ceilidh. This image, of a train steaming part Dumgoyen and Glengoyen Distillery, was very kindly commissioned and framed by Jim Thomson. Framed prints are also available to buy for £10.

As of last week I am just over half way there to the total of £6200! I hope I can do equally as well this year. Keep a eye for all my upcoming events in the new year.

As many of you may know, I was selling Grease quote badges (kindly donated by Jim Thomson) at the school show. I sold them all and along with many kind donations I manged to raise £220! Also this week I received two donations from Charitable Trust Foundations, which really helped boost my amount raised. So as of today I have raised a total of £1,260!

Another of my services that I'm offering is maths and science tutoring. I can help any pupil from S1 to S4 (national 5 level). I achieved an A in the sciences and maths exams.
This will be similar work to what I'll be doing in Guyana 🇬🇾

Had a great time selling cookies at the Halloween discos. All together we made about £60! A shout to my helpers who looked after the stall when I was away and who kept me company.

On Saturday the 29th of October. I will be at the Balfron autumn fayre , in the high school, selling waffles, with lovely toppings, and cards! There's also a competition with a prize worth £25 so be sure to check out my stall 😊

Hi all, if anyone would like to purchase one of these cards, for any and all events like Christmas or birthdays, please either message me or comment on this post. They are also available for sale in the Strathblane Library and in Pestle and Mortar, the deli in Strathblane.

You basically go into this website and do your normal shopping on the sites you normally use but the store that you buy from will donate a small amount towards my cause (You pay nothing).
