Input is a charity providing work preparation for people with learning difficulties.
Input Description
Our trainees recycle donated used computers for use by the local community. Through these tasks a work principle is developed and instilled.
The resources of Input, its trainees and its volunteers are available for use by the community and to actively promote people with learning difficulties, the use of information technology, recycling and education.
Come join us, give us your old computer or help us out with a donation – together we can make the community work.

Our next group is starting in the next few weeks and we are very excited to be introducing some new trainees to our work!
Input is pleased to announce that the Big Lottery Young Start Fund has awarded us a grant that will fund our induction courses for the next 3 years!

Took the day off and we went bowling......well team building.......and fun......what a team....
We all worked really well together this week……..well done ……..what a team!
Looking after your health and spotting when you are not doing so well is very important. We looked at way that would show you when you should get help.
We looked at how you programme a computer this week…….but we managed to make it fun!
Our preparation for work course is going great and we are planning our next new group to start in January…….interested, pop in and see us at the Focus Centre Saltcoats Wednesdays 10 – 3 or Thursday Cranberry Moss Kilwinning 1 – 3 or Towerlands Irvine on Friday 10 – 12 and back at the Focus Centre Friday 1 – 3.
We are all hard at work taking apart and rebuilding our first computer.
If Iain looks away Michael is going to steal his crisps……..
