Inshbeag Description
An idillic cottage with unusual ambience located within the city limits. Heavily wooded and surrounded by farmland makes a country living atmosphere. At the same time it is easy access to heart of the city and shopping. On the western side of the property is a small stream with more than 200 years old trees on its banks. The property was built in 1930s for the solicitor of the massive Inshes farm. With the development of A9 motorway the approach to the house changed from east to west. So you have to cross a bridge over the stream to reach the house
Local amenities include supermarket, post office, fish & chip shop, modern gym, hair stylist, pubs and easy reach to Raigmore hospital and city centre. Inshes primary school and Inshes church are in walkable distance. Getting on to A9 and A96 is very easy. Future development in the the road system will link Inshes to A 82.
The house is equipped with all modern amenities and central heating. There are plenty of apple and plum trees.
