Now, I'd like to just say having had a very sad conversation, that sometimes a little kindness goes a long way in someone's life. You don't know what's going on for them today, but a smile, holding open a door, offering that 1p in the petrol station, letting another car into the queue, or giving an hour of our precious time, just might make their day a little brighter. Yours may be the only morsel of kindness, or good thing to happen to them today. If someone does this for you, try passing it forward and asking the recipient to do the same.... Afternoon folks! Day 2 of the garden tidy. Slow going weeding these chips, and very sore on the hands, knees, wrists lol.... What a difference tho, skip half filled already! Beds on Monday and trimming the jaggy bushes..... Have a great weekend and be good to yourself! 😘

Evening folks, Started a garden makeover today.... Pictures speak for themselves....😁 Just be aware if you get something like this done, it produces lots and lots of waste.... We'll need a skip for this one.... 6 big ton bags filled already... Finger crossed another 3 days will do it.... Watch this space for developments 👀🤣

What a week.... Hail, thunder, rain, gales, sunshine, all in one afternoon! Just when we get back to gardens too!😩 This week, For a wee change we built a bespoke log store for a customer. Repurposing what wood we could from old one for the floor, which wasn't a lot! 6 ft high, 5 ft wide and 4 ft deep, Customer will have lots of braw dry wood for their fire now tho!

Afternoon folks! Busy day today cleaning, building flat pack chair and side table see pictures. Also laying lino and hanging a mirror and pictures.... Phew feet up with a cuppa!

Evening everyone! Busy bees we are, back to gardens already with the mild weather, and long may that last! Today was as varied as our days get. Painting and decorating this morning, gardens after lunch, and defrosting a freezer and cleaning this afternoon! I love my job! Have a great evening xxx

Afternoon folks! Well, the days are stretching already and we are heading fast for the spring equinox in March, only 8 weeks til the clocks change and summer is invited back! It's been a busy January for Inside Out Fife, we've been doing lots of flat pack assembly! Gas barbecues, inside furniture, outside benches etc....remember, give us a call if you need help with that! We've done a couple of tidy ups of gardens....chilly work, but nothing much to be reporting!... Stay cheery, spring is on its way, we saw the first snowdrops of the season in Aberdour today 😄👏👏👏

Frosty morning people! Inside Out have been busy as usual. I've created a couple of posts, of a of garden done recently......yes I know, and yes it was very, very cold!!! We are very proud of the transformation. This is the front garden. Back garden is in an album to fit all the fotos!

Good morning! It's been a while since we last posted.....too little time and energy in my day! This has been an absolutely cracking year for Inside Out, it has been wall to wall bookings, all summer. We would like to thank all of our customers who have used us this year, and hope you are all happy with the work done. xxx

Beware folks..... These beasties are mosquitoes! Killed in North Queensferry this morning..... Have called environmental health to seek advice.... their response......call public health.... If you get bites that look huge and inflamed like foto below., it could be these wee critters... All along coast from Limekilns to Aberdour.....
