About Inside Out, Fitness And Nutrition Coaching

We help you develop the kind of habits that allow you to live the life you want. We provide fitness training, nutritional education and great community support to help you reach your goals.

Inside Out, Fitness And Nutrition Coaching Description

Unlike traditional diets or personal trainers we focus on habit changes that lead to long-term sustainable changes in lifestyle.

One to one coaching - incredibly effective as the constant contact and guidance is one of the best ways of changing habits.
Starts with a consultation were we set goals, discuss current behaviours and health status. From there we take your measurements to see where we currently are and how to orientate your training. At your first session we will discuss the process you will go through to achieve the change you a looking for. Your trainer will then take this information and design a custom workout, nutrition and lifestyle change plan. Going forward you will then meet with your trainer 1-3 times per week to ensure you get the results your are looking for

Group coaching - Works well, as research shows that having at least one other person trying to achieve similar goals makes you more likely to help each other.

The session consists of 45-60min of resistance training followed by a sit down group session where we work on one aspect of fat loss and troubleshoot any issues the group may be having with achieving their goals.

Online coaching - similar to one to one, one training session every 6 weeks, two hour session to adjust programme. 1 weekly Skype chat and regular email interaction. Skype chat is used to target behaviour change aspect and work on process goal.

We are Sorry.
Most personal trainers and gyms are amazing at social media and poor at the actual important bits.
We are the opposite, here is our timetable full of classes for your to try us out.
... Apologies again for being awful.

April's monthly habit is all about learning when it's best for you to say no.
Is there situations you could apply this to? Do the same situations and habits keep sabotaging your progress? Say no once in a while to see what the effect is.
Your weight is never static, the body is constantly topping up and taking away.

The real secret to the Fat Loss Coaches is nothing to do with a system, or the weights themselves - it's in the Coaches. They tailor every single session to suit your own personal needs, and they know just how to motivate you. They have such an in depth knowledge of the field, and care so much about what they do, that it isn't like your typical commercial trainer; You're not just a number... you're a person, you're their own personal goal. If you fail, they fail - and they DO NOT do failure.

Cannot recommend high enough. Great company, great coach, great ethos.

I started group PT with Adele 10 weeks after having my first baby via an emergency section. My body completely changed, I didn't feel in my own skin and had no idea what actually happened to my body. I was scared to exercise in case I hurt myself. After my first consultation I knew I was in safe hands. Adele completely understood what I was going though. And from that day onwards has been so supportive and encouraging. It's been 7 weeks and I feel happier in myself. I know it will take time to get my body back to where it was but the main thing is I feel better and I have the best support network. The nutritional information and well as exercises is perfect for me. The location is great with free parking! The gym itself suits me very well. Not a gym full of posers and gym bunnies. Just normal people working to their goals. Plus I love working out with my friend I can't rate highly enough xx

I joined the Activ8 group around April 2018, after a lifetime avoiding anything that could be described as a gym. I found a really friendly atmosphere, with like minded people all looking to achieve personal goals. Graham and Kate have encouraged me to reach beyond what I thought I could do. I look forward to my visits and am disappointed when I can't manage along...oh and it's great to mention your weight training in casual conversation! Why not try it?

I joined Inside Out a year ago fed up of doing fad diets with short term results and hating any kind of exercise. The trainers at IO really took the time to understand where I was and where I wanted to be and they tailored everything to suit my needs. The community at IO is so welcoming to everyone and it was this community teamed with the positive motivation & help from the Inside Out coaches that really helped me make the lifestyle change that was needed. From someone that hated exercise I’m now actually enjoying trying to be a healthier, fitter version of me! Couldn’t rate IO highly enough!

I first started going to Gus around two months ago. I knew Gus previously and had heard nothing but good things, and seen some amazing results, from friends. I decided that while I exercise frequently I could do with getting into some better shape, not getting any younger here. I considered a gym but knew it wouldn't be for me. My previous experience of gyms led to me a) struggling to work out how to use the machines b) running on the treadmill for half and hour c) trying to avoid all the scary people with big muscles.

So, I thought I'd give Gus a try. I am really glad I did in a really short space of time I've noticed changes in my body shape and the results I get when playing other sports. I feel healthier which is mainly in part to Gus discussing diet with me and giving me hints and advice. It wasn't a case of what not to eat but more how to eat in a sustainable way that would help me reach my goals. I really couldn't be happier with how the sessions are going and really look forward to each Wednesday.

I've also attended some of the classes that Inside Out offer and it's a really, really great community. Everyone is helpful and friendly and I doubt you could say the same about all fitness communities.

If you're thinking about personal training or group classes I would really recommend giving Inside Out a go. I doubt you'll find a group of professionals who care as much about their clients.

Seriously, give it a go.

Graham is so amazing and I have noticed big changes in my body since working with him! I feel very safe and supported to just be myself during our sessions, which is not always easy to find. Graham pushes me to work had and exceed my expectations while keeping me confident with my body and safe during training. He is very knowledgeable and is able to work around any injuries in my body and keeps the training aligned with my lifestyle and goals. I highly recommend!
