Tonight we're open until 8pm strictly for anyone to come and have a look around the club. No need to book, just come on down

We are holding an open weekend this week (24th & 25th Nov) from 4pm-8pm for anyone to come and have a look around the facilities and to find out about the additional benefits (as well as improved health) we offer, when you become a member of the club. Existing members, don't forget you get a FREE month every time you refer someone who signs up!

Apparently, (according to one member) if Monday morning was a piece of gym equipment, it would be the stair mill after 20 minutes.😂

At 11am we will be observing 2 minutes silence within the club to mark Armistice day.

We have now added a Low Impact Circuits Class to the timetable, perfect for those who are just starting out at the gym and those with slight injuries. The class will improve flexibility and mobility as well as toning and weight loss.

Unfortunately there will be no Buggy Bootcamp next Wednesday due to half term 👶🏼

👶 New Class added for New Mummy's 👶 Nicola from Buggy Bootcamp is going to be joining us for an indoor mummies and babies class from Wednesday September 12th! This class will be held in our studio and will be for mummies with babies 12 months and under. Classes will focus on regaining and strengthening core and pelvic function as well as working on general mobility, strength and functional fitness. Gym equipment and mat work will be incorporated into class for a varied workout each week, where baby can come too. The class is free to members and £5 per class for non-members. Please note: only children 12 months and under can enter the studio and must be supervised at all times.

Calling all members!!! We want to give you some extra money to spend on protein shakes and avocado’s this Christmas... (ok, more like to spend on presents and Xmas drinks 😜). If you recommend someone who joins the club before 20th September you will get your membership for the month of December for free! (You must use a referral form from reception to receive the free month) Enjoy.

Great group for the first of our free members football sessions last week! We play indoors FOR FUN with no strict rules and no Ronaldo’s! Just giving people the chance to have a kick people about who don’t want to commit to joining a football team. If you want to play (5 a side), it’s free for members, very positive and aimed at male or females of all shapes and sizes- essentially, anyone wanting to have fun whilst getting fitter... you will sweat! Booking is essential and can be done via our website under the classes section. There is a lovely range of people using the gym and facilities and the friendly atmosphere makes sure that people are friendly too..there is a great feeling that you are joining in- inspired is the right word..

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Starting this whole gym thing for the very first time back in February...I can honestly say I was so nervous about joining a gym! I am rather glad I came across you guys as you are right on my door step! All staff are so very friendly and take time into everything they do! Can’t get enough of the place I now train 5-6 days a week! Thank you soo much to all staff for making me feel super welcome!��

The staff are all super helpful too. I’m definitely going to be coming in before work and on my days off. I’ll also be checking out what else there is to offer on top of the well stocked gym. Spa, beauty room and tanning beds all need to be tested � and I may even check out a class or 2!
