Stayed for the weekend as a birthday treat. Spa treatments were out of this world! Most relaxing weekend I've had in a long time and absoloutly gutted yo being going home. Staff were efficient and very friendly.

Short notice stay at the hotel but managed to nab a cancellation yesterday (thankfully!) and had a really wonderful facial with Lorraine. Her pace, pressure, manner and product knowledge was excellent and my skin feels and looks great. Thank you for the marine cream tip! Lots of wee additional hand/feet touches throughout the treatment topped off a lovely facial in a relaxing room with a top therapist who I highly recommend. Will be back :)

I was very lucky to recieve a whole day spa package for my Christmas. I thought it'd be only fair to share it with my daughter on her 18th birthday. We had a nice 3 course meal, relaxed in a dark room until it was our time to be pampered with a while body massage, paraffin wax and our nails painted. The girls were lovely and very experienced. I'm secretly hoping for another voucher this month for my birthday! ;-) xx

Absolutely thrilled with the service from all staff last weekend at the hotel and the spa staff especially. I got itison vouchers for myself and 5 others. I asked my friends to be my bridesmaids using Boomf bombs. I was concerned about timings and from the moment i first contacted the spa, nothing was too much bother. The girls made sure they were on the table before we went for lunch and everything went smooth. I really appreciate the help you all gave me. Treatments were fabulous, very relaxing and very professional, everything from walking thru the door till leaving was amazing, as was the food and drink. Will most definitely return. Thank you x

A birthday treat. Spa facilities were wonderful. Had a manicure and massage. Therapists were just fabulous. Wanted to take them home.

The only thing I would criticise is the poor quality hairdryer in the changing rooms. Needs updating. Also seating while blow-drying your hair would be good.
