We have to admit this has been tried and tested with intercity! Along with helping baby to sleep we also found that it helps with those colicky babies and helps increase that bond between parent and baby.

Would give this 10 stars if possible! Bespoke facial by Alanna is amazing! By the end of the treatment I was so relaxed and my skin felt wonderful. This is my favourite treatment ever!

I can't comment more highly on the benefits of facial yoga for both anti-aging effects it has on your face and also the major relaxing effect it has on you! Love, love, love it!! But the best part is alanna the coach! Warm and bubbly personality who certainly knows her stuff! I would highly recommend both alanna and facial yoga to anyone!!!
