Internorm By Scotia Description
Scotia was founded on 13th June 1983 and started off with ten employees, manufacturing around sixty frames per week.
By the mid eighties, Scotia had invested heavily to manufacture PVC-u windows. As well as dealing with the domestic market, many local authorities recognised the long term benefit of maintenance free PVC-u products, and contracts were awarded in Kilmarnock, Prestwick, Girvan, Ballantrae, Irvine and Saltcoats.
Demand for PVC-u products was increasing at such a rate that by 1992 all our windows and doors were fabricated in PVC-u.
Currently we are one of the largest window manufacturers in Scotland employing over 150 people in our factories and on site. We supply the new build housing sector, commercial and domestic clients. This experience of manufacturing and installation means that all our customers can be sure of advice, service and knowledge that will provide a quality finished product.

Really sorry for the lack of content on Facebook lately we have been really, really busy, working the length and breadth of Scotland installing our Internorm windows and doors.
We thought we would let the pictures speak for themselves and let you see what we've been up to!
The project that we installed last week finally had the scaffolding removed, we think it looks superb. Great design by Ewan Cameron Architects and superb craftsmanship as always by Queens Park Builders great working together on another stunning project.
What a week for the fitters, this was one of two projects that were installed this week, both featuring oversize KS430 Lift and slide doors at over 800kg in weight!
Hats off to the installation teams for a job well done!!
We will be sure to get more pictures of this one once the scaffolding is down!

We are very fortunate to work on some fantastic projects with the Internorm product, and February brought some fantastic opportunities through the doors of our showroom in #alloa.
This project is set to be a superb one once it’s completed, Great clients, great design and something a bit different.
The house is a curved oak frame and will be kitted out with our latest #KF310 #Internorm #passivhaus compliant glazing system. We can’t wait to see it complete.
