Inveresk railway station was a railway station that served the village of Inveresk, East Lothian, Scotland from 1846 to 1964 on the East Coast Main Line. HistoryThe station opened on 22 June 1846 by the North British Railway as Musselburgh. In July 1847 the name was changed to Inveresk. The station was situated to the north of Wallyford station and to the south of Musselburgh station. The station closed on 4 May 1964 and the last goods service ran on 8 May 1970, thus the station closed completely the day after.
