Inverleith Dry Cleaners

Ignore Jamie Williams review as it's completely false as the manufacturer found that his jacket of the suit had not shrunk as they had an identical one in stock and compared measurements.
Simple as that!!

Pathetic. Shrunk my suit. Initial response was to deny they've ever shrunk anything in 30 years and ignored all following correspondence.

Chased it up and visited the shop again months later after no responses to letters. They claimed they would send it off for 'analysis' - instead they took it to Slaters and tried to fob me off by saying Slaters agreed it hadn't shrunk. Visited Slaters myself who denied this, could see it had shrunk significantly and... I'll be forever grateful to this, replaced the suit out of goodwill knowing that Inverleith Dry Cleaners would fob me off time and time again.

When I rang Inverleith Dry Cleaners afterwards to inform them a resolution had been found, they did not care, would not even apologise and still denied ever shrinking the suit in the first place. Did not even get a refund for the £19 shrinkage I didn't ask for.

Disheartened by the whole experience because prior to this I had used them on and off for various garments since 2006 without a single fault. Would not use again.
