The train station - good organized and friendly staff

Good size of station with plenty of facilities. Could do with a bit of modernisation in parts but overall it is clean and presentable

I would like to congratulate ScotRail on their fantastic staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them when my elderly mother and I were late meeting our group and the train had left. Fatima was professional and sorted everything out for us in such a pleasant manner I have not received at any other railway station. Can not praise the staff enough.

Small station could do with more trains and connections. Staff nice and friendly.

6pm and coffee shop closes and book shop closes otherwise would be fine

Hub for train services to and around the Highlands.

Station is a little tired and shabby, although there is some nice Victorian ironwork still visible

Amenities at the station itself are pretty basic, but slap bang in the middle of the city so handy for everything.

Staff mostly very friendly.

Great station clean tidy with pleasant helpful staff only draw back it's small not many connections

The ticket office staff are helpful and saved me money finding me a shortcut train.
