I am currently working in the former shop & the amount of rubbish left is extraordinary

I have received a pathetic service from this shop over some six months. Despite having the article, in which I was interested, on display in the shop, I was directed on a false errand elsewhere. On finally being advised that the article had been ordered and I would be advised of delivery in the shop. No telephones calls were received and repeated telephone calls by me were not answered. I have now obtained my order from another outlet with a two day waiting timeline.
