Family run Martial Arts Academy based at the Ice Center Inverness. All classes are age specific 4-6, 7-11, teens & adults. Fitness classes also available.

Club is run by Master Sandy Dunbar VII Degree International Instructor & Examiner.
ITF Taekwon-do is the main style taught although close quarter self defence and Cardio Kickboxing are also available.

It is with deep sadness that we break the news that one of our Black Belts, John King passed away yesterday. He was a member of our club for many years and was training on Tuesday after completing the Etape on Sunday. Our thoughts are with Dylis and his family at this time.
