I've been talking a lot in my Pilates classes about the 'squeezy' app for pelvic floor training. I've attached the link below, so now there can be no excuses! Laura :-) https://www.squeezyapp.com/

If you can spare a few pounds for a great local cause we would love it if you could support us in raising funds for 'Exercise after Stroke Inverurie'. Thank you!
Hereโs Jenny , our neuro physio, hard at work preparing for her Parkinsonโs exercise group which starts soon. ๐
Team 'Inverurie Chartered Physiotherapy & Podiatry' are going to be running the Primefour Beast race in Banchory!!! We saw this as a great opportunity to raise funds for our local community & are supporting 'Exercise after Stroke' in Inverurie. These classes are part of Chest, heart and Stroke Scotland, led by a qualified fitness instructor. The classes work towards improving walking efficiency, posture & activities of daily living in people who have had a stroke. We are really keen for funds raised to go directly to our local group rather than into the bigger pot of CHSS so have set up a just giving page & would be really grateful if you could spare any money to support this great cause.

Friday we were pleased to be in attendance at the Women's 3 ball event at Kemnay Golf Club talking all things warm up and pre golf prep.
Colin was busy Saturday helping the Auld Gypes (over 35 Aberdeen select Rugby team) who played in a charity event for Strive. They are a charity set up to design and facilitate sporting events to support and promote important charitable causes. The rugby event was in aid of My Name'5 Doddie Foundation for Mo...tor Neurone Disease.

The event was an amazing success and the team made it to the final against the King Penguins (an invitational select including ex-Scotland internationals) only to narrowly be edged out.
Sunday brought the Great North Run to Aberdeen. Laura was typically faster than a speeding bullet (needs a superwoman vest now) and our very own Ros completed her 1st 10K, all very proud.

We would love to show you round our recently extended clinic.
The staff at Inverurie Chartered Physiotherapy and Podiatry Clinic are lovely - very professional and friendly. Pilates classes are great to keep those niggly bits in order too!
Inverurie Chartered Physiotherapy & Podiatry Clinic was recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others. The facilities are modern, clean and welcoming - and the staff team are, without exception, friendly and professional. The treatment and advice I've received have been first-class; my physiotherapist really knows her stuff (!) and has gone above and beyond to keep me keep exercising safely through injury.
I have been seeing Ros for a few months now and the difference she has made to my feet is amazing..no more pain,so much more comfortable to walk on and lovely and soft! Ros explains every part of your treatment very clearly and puts a plan in place so you can do the best for your feet yourself inbetween appointments.I look forward to my appointments and always feel like i'm walking on air afterwards. The clinic has a nice atmosphere, the receptionists are lovely and always greet you with a smile. Thanks to everyone.
Had my little boy to Ros today and she was amazing. Very impressed with how thorough she was but also the way she spoke to him and made it all about him was just incredible. Thank you very much, hopefully won't have to see you again ๏ฟฝ but will certainly be recommending you.
