The focus for Invincible Grit is a wholehearted living approach cultivating authenticity, self-leadership, resiliency, gratitude, joy, creativity, rest, play, calm, meaningful work, and laughter. • Parents Take The Lead is a 6 week Online Training with a Playbook that covers a variety of topics. PTTL is a program encouraging Self- Leadership and Daring to Lead more in the home. The more we invest in our parents the better chance their children will have in education, employment, and life overall. Along with the 6 week course, Invincible Grit also offers group coaching online as an add-on to support the teachings. Group coaching with the parents is very powerful, it provides a safe space for parents to explore any concerns to improve family life. It is also class-less which is extremely powerful, we are all in it together looking to improve our awareness of consciously parenting and leading ourselves. Resulting in stronger family units that then have potential to strengthen our communities. • Students right now are facing extremely challenging time. Invincible Grit focuses on the Power of Self-Leadership to overcome any obstacle that gets in the way of moving forward. Programmes can be online or in the schools. Programmes are all bespoke to each school, meeting the needs of the pupils and the staff members to thrive. Invincible Grit will personalise the program after meeting with students about what they want. This is the beginning of the confidence building process meeting with small groups to have conversations to create something that they are excited about. This is a coaching approach, so the pupil feels extremely involved and understands that they will get out what they put in. All potential projects can sway towards employability, mental health, and well-being.
