Small running group for adult beginners and refreshers, a great way to Get Running. We'll coach you with a variety of training sessions tailored to your ability.
Sessions last 1 hour and charged at £20 for 6. You choose which sessions you can attend, no time limit. Meet Ravelston Park, EH4 3RU, playground end. Monday's and Wednesday 10am and Monday 6. 30pm. Other times can and have been arranged to accommodate.

Wed 31 July meet 10am Cramond car park for the parkrun route. Dog friendly if they can keep up with you!? Joey!?!😳

Mon 29th July meet Ravelston Park 10am and 6.30pm. Not dog friendly as we’re doing ESMS session and they’re too posh for dogs !!!

Wed 24th July, our most blistering yet. Meet 10am Davidson Mains Park. Kid and dog friendly. Bring water and more water esp if bringing a wee doggy. X

Wed 17th July meet 10am Ravelston Park or 10.10am murrayfield GC path for a session on the path. Dog and fit kid friendly. X

Mon 15th July meet 10am and 6.30pm Lauriston Castle. Kid and dog friendly. Be warned about some road works around this area. You may prefer to park on Craigcrook Road and jog there (3-4 mins).
