Bought a bmw from this dealer and a sensor went on the way home from picking it up, then just after a month the timing chain snapped! The 1month warranty was finished a week earlier! 😞 the engineer report done on it found out they knew the chain was loose - not only did they fail to then fix it but they forgot to mention it when selling the car! When I called the owner as my warranty was just up he basically laughed and quote “what you want me too do about it’ Was not helpful or interested in helping in any way
Biggest regret ever buying a car from these people!

After weeks of searching for a new car i had a list of cars to view but ended up buying my car here after a work colleague said they were great to deal with and they have a great choice of cars ! The place was busy with customers and the car i originally went to see was sold however the salesman had a similar car which had higher spec and i am very happy with the car i bought ! They let you look around cars without bothering you which i liked and would buy from here again .

If your looking to buy a car then go elsewhere !! Honestly I would of been better paying a little bit more at a main dealer

Went in to see/buy a car and the forecourt was packet bumper to bumper. Car I was interested in was 4 cars deep, told the staff I was interested and wanted the car out to get it running etc and was told "not today the cars can't be moved". The fact that 3 cars couldn't be moved on request to make a sale seems ridiculous to me! I decided to leave it and go else where. Also the car I was interested in hadnt been serviced in 2 years and was due a service, I also find this off putting since they have a garage straight across the road with a big sign saying "service and repair". Give an impression that they don't care and if they can sell it without doing it they will.

I recently bought a car here and would like to thank the sales staff for all there help . Really friendly guys to deal with and I will recommend to friends and family as promised .Thanks again Audrey

Excellent to deal with and really happy with the car !

With over 20 years motor trade experience, I can honestly say this is the worst example of professionalism I've ever had the misfortune to witness. We all know 'used car dealers' have a bad reputation, and this firm are the reason why! Bought a car, on day of signing paperwork, get a call to say they have sold the car to someone else. Until I was treated so badly, I wouldn't have believed it possible to buy something, arrange to collect it, only to be told they sold it to someone alse who paid in full on the spot, so unfortunately, its gone! Stay away at all costs, because judging by the other reviews, the after sales is just as bad!
