Phoned for a quote for a replacement radiator. Ian arrived within 15 minutes and gave a very affordable price and timescale for the work to be undertaken. Work was undertaken on schedule and on time. Very efficient and to be recommended.

The first time I contacted Ian he was actually on his way to hogmany celebrations but still took the time to listen to my hot water problem and suggested something my husband and I could try ourselves to perhaps save us having to pay anyone for a call out, which I felt was really decent of him. Unfortunately the problem did require further assistance and Ian came out exactly as arranged.

A few months later and we had more problems with the very old boiler in our house so we once again turned to Ian. He fixed it and this time we decided that, rather than ending up throwing good money to a very old boiler, we would have a new system put in. Within two days of starting the job, the old boiler, cylinder and radiators were out and an entire new system put in with the cylinder and boiler repositioned from the house to downstairs in the garage. For my husband to be happy with the rate Ian and his colleagues worked at is saying something! Glad we opted for a top notch system, our hot water pressure is very impressive.

We got 3 quotes for a boiler installation, but Ian's quote was the best - by a lot! He installed it expertly through the wall instead of the roof, which saved time and money. In addition to the boiler they also installed our gas hob. We trust his work, and would highly recommend him to anyone. Before he left he made sure I knew how to work the boiler, had all my guarantees and boiler registration and that we were happy with everything. He's coming back to install a bathroom suite - and we wouldn't look for a different company. A very good experience.

We had several issues that need addressing in- a shower to be fitted, noise that was coming from the pipes and some messy pipe work sticking up from the flooring. I looked up Ian online and was able to get hold of him in no time. He was able to provide a quote within our budget and the work was done to a high standard.
