Alison has been cutting my hair for a year now, and always does a fantastic job. She really listens and makes sure that you're happy with the cut. Her customer service skills are second-to-none. I've had some dodgy haircuts in Edinburgh and I'm relieved to have found a salon and a hairdresser I can trust completely. Added to that, the price isn't too bad at all. I regularly drop in for free fringe trims and I'm always warmly received and accommodated. Well done everyone! Keep up the good work!

an absolute disgrace! i came in for the first time, told the stylist what i wanted exactly and after asking two opinions from her colleagues (one being Paul) they said it would be possible to do my hair the way i requested (which was my caramel hair to be lighter and my dark roots to be covered) then to my horror she had dyed my hair BLACK!! i was about to cry as i had been charged a lot and she had done what she wanted without my consent! then after asking her nicely why my hair was so dark she was rude and was arguing back with me about MY hair. after she blow dryed it i said to her look, this is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE and she was rude again, she got her manager (Paul) and he promised to sort it out) so that night i was going out with my friends i had to deal with hating my hair and came back the next day in which another stylist did my hair. she did it caramel again but now it is the complete opposite to what i wanted still but at least my base isn't dark anymore! but what i annoyed about is having to get my hair damaged twice, i still have a lot more work to do with my hair now as i feel it doesn't suit me and they don't know how to give advice. completely unprofessional and do not think of there clients. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
