When you feel the difference ishga Skin Care spa products make in our facial, massage and body treatments it's because they're made using freshly harvested Scottish seaweed.
Soaked in a combination of essential oils and left to infuse overnight, the seaweed is strained through muslin and the extract added to body or face oil, resulting in products with a very high concentration of enriching minerals.

Guest Lisa shared this picture with us, and it's a great top tip for those staying in Craignure looking to explore! Please ask at reception if you need directions or suggestions for walking, we'd be happy to help ๐
Lisa said, "I've just walked from the hotel to Duart Castle and I must say it was a real treat. With the hotel you feel you're in a community and 2.5 miles outside Craignure you're in the countryside. The scenery, farm animals and the castle itself along with the surrounding grounds is as good as it gets. If you're into photography, it's well worth it. The walk is better with a companion in for ๐"

excellent value for money , friendly polite staff , nice rooms with a great view of the sound of mull
We have just had a great couple of nights here, the staff are so friendly, food was amazing, had beautiful walks with our dog around the area and even managed to use the pool facilities. We had previously only stayed at Inverary but will definitely be back here. Thankyou ๐
We have been coming to the Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa for many years now, but this was our first overnight stay.
We had two very comfortable family rooms as we are a family group of four adults and two children. The views are just stunning from the rooms, the beds really comfortable and the wifi excellent.
We received a lovely welcome from staff on reception, I wish we had taken his name to highlight his professionism and attentiveness.
Lunch in the lounge was yummy as always, accompanied by a very palatable wine.
We had a meal in the restaurant, choosing from the a la carte and little diners menu. The food was fabulous and the waiting staff very friendly and attentive.
We had a swim and used the spa facilities - the only downside was the pool was a lot colder than normal and the showers had no hot water. But having used the pool many times before I wouldn't mark the rating down for this.
We will be staying again, next time for longer, and have recommended it to friends.
We had an amazing afternoon tea and relaxing day at the hotel, lovely food, friendly and helpful staff, can't wait to go back
Was there for Sunday lunch yesterday 11/2,and although we were slightly past the 3pm finish the staff were kind enough to serve us,and at ten quid for two courses fantastic value and food was superb!!
Stayed at the beautiful Isle of Mull hotel and spa for a week. Not only was the food incredible but the service too. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are lovely with incredible views all around. I Recommend to anyone interested in visiting the Isle of Mull. Close to a bar, cafรฉ, shop and the ferry off site. Thank you for a lovely stay on my first trip to Scotland.
Stayed 1 night only wish it was longer, loved the hot tub, steam room, sauna & pool facilities. Very friendly bar and restuarant staff food lovely. Bed so so comfy what a great sleep my husband & myself enjoyed our short visit for our 15 year wedding anniversary. Also a great location close to ferry & spar and nice coffee shop!
I work as a coach driver and spend a lot of time in hotels in the highlands this hotel is one of the good ones. Staff tick. Room clean tick. Food tick. See you soon Isle of Mull.
Haven't been to Mull for years, me and 4 girls friends went over for the day to try out the spa and im so glad we did..The facility's are fab and Sharon went that extra mile to make our day perfect so Thank you very much for that..The spa deal also made it very affordable for us all to travel over and enjoy our day.. This hotel also has the perfect setting only 5 mins walk from the ferry.. as we walked up to the restaurant we also had a sneak peek in the rooms which look very comfortable I will definitely be back with the husband and kids.. Mrs Brown ๏ฟฝ
Staff very good food is excellent the spa facilities are tired showers not working and when we went down for a swim told pool was closed for local kids swimming for 2 hrs 5-7 and because it is now winter hours there was no entry after this time. Now I donโt mind that but it would have been nice to be informed ie put a sign up in reception as could have gone down earlier went down the next day early it was so cold the pool couldnโt last more then 2-3 minutes. Could do with some repairs and then maybe some upgrades
My husband and I (and the dog) spent the last 2 nights at this hotel. Thursday night is steak night and we both couldn't recommend it highly enough. The food was first class and also included a 1/2 bottle of wine per person ordering steak which made it good value for money. In fact all 3 courses were delicious. Breakfast was also excellent and offered a wide choice of continental and hot food. We would be happy to stay here again.
Lovely food and very friendly staff. Lovely position, very handy for the ferry from Oban. Every room has a sea view and I loved watching the ferries coming and going.
Had a fantastic 4 night stay here with a couple of friends. Staff where amazing so attentive and couldnโt do enough for us. We ate here every night. Great breakfast buffet, bar meals where fantastic and very reasonably priced. Spa/pool have everything you need for a relaxing break, treatments and products are fab. All round great spa break on a budget.
Only complaint is the hotel need a lot of TLC.
Excellent staff throughout hotel and Spa and the food also excellent!!! However, the hotel and Spa could do with a wee bit TLC as they are a bit dated with broken fixtures and fittings - windows and heating/AC need updating too. But the welcoming atmosphere and helpful friendly staff really make it a nice place to stay. And the food!!! Compliments to the chef(s)!!! Would definitely go back but would like to see it upgraded even just a tad. ๏ฟฝ
Staying for two nights on a deal. This is a nice hotel but looking very tired now. Carpets thread bare in areas. In need of an overhaul. On the plus side the food is good and the spa lovely, but that is due to a refurbishment in the last few years. Staff are nice however hardly ever smile and no interaction with the guests. This is the third time we have stayed and have always enjoyed it. We love Mull and no doubt will visit again sometime ๏ฟฝ
Went for a Christmas present, thought it would be nice because of the pool and spa but only 2 things working the foot spa and steam room but couldn't get in that because it was being used as the mud room, then at dinner I tried to order, first order was no as no noodles 2nd no as no chicken 3rd no as no steak pie then the second day was the same but no prawns ,also the beer was off and taisted like vinigar ,I was told that the Jacuzzi was broken by staf but manager said he didn't know but have just seen other posts saying it was broken with them, all we got back was ยฃ40 and a free mud room but even then we were forgotten about ,only thing I can say was girl and bar man did try very hard under a nightmare situation,I feel like ยฃ40 Is ridicules when nothing was right
Won't be back, very run down with rude staff that couldn't be bothered to serve you because they were so busy with another table of 6. (Yes that's how many people were there...). Also very dear, the pub in town is far more welcoming for food and drinks, and much more reasonably priced. They also don't have a dining area for lunch and you need to eat your fish/muscles either on your lap or off a coffee table. Ok if you're there for a cuppa or wine, but not to eat! The gardens were one of the biggest disappointments there as they were so run down with weeds, it was a shame. You could tell that maybe when the hotel was in its prime (a few decades ago...) it would have been quite spectacular with it's huge windows looking over the gardens and water. But not now.
Give it a miss and head to the pub, or better yet just keep walking/driving/cycling to tobermory!
The pool and spa was amazing can't fault!!
Went to the restaurant for a bar meal, I ordered the steak burger and it was stone cold in the middle I complained and I said I didn't want another but they made one and put it in a paper bag for me if I asked for it fair enough I didn't ask for another one! I was not offered a refund or anything or even a apology!! The woman at the desk said "I will go and shout at the chef" like she didn't even care. I emailed the establishment but no reply!
This is a disgrace!!
Interior is shabby, restaurant had hardly any of the menu available and right now trying to order room service but the room phone does not work and the staff are not answering us calling reception from our own mobile phones. Not even been here one night yet, hopefully spa tomorrow is worth the money paid. P.S walls are very thin and can constantly hear the people up stairs moving about.
