Treat your four-legged friend to a Highland holiday, it is #NationalDogDay after all! Well behaved dogs (and their owners)

Some say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but with a view like this we think it might be brunch, lunch and dinner!

User

These photos are proof that Scotland really is photogenic (not that you needed convincing!) An early morning view of the boats in front of our hotel and a dramatic shot of the Pass of Glencoe made it in there too!

User

Wow 😍 what a stunning location (even if we say so ourselves). Take a look around David's 360 degrees shot of the loch and see if you can spot a familiar sight!

User

Don't be alarmed...these aren't orange sharks in the Loch! Just a few brave wild swimmers taking a dip in the outdoor pool!

User

We're just going to let the video do all the talking.. 😍😍

User

my favourite place in the world, that we try to visit at least once a year either as a family of 5 or as just a romantic getaway for 2. Lovely food, perfect location and who cares what the weather is like as if its cold there is a roaring fire, if its warm you can sit by the water in the sun. All round perfect for us. Last visit it may have been a little dated for some, but I just love the place. Many magical memories and cannot wait to see the refurb I've heard so much about online!

User

had been pouring over details of where to stay in the highlands without a car....i had no idea ~ I actually waited till the last minute to book this place and I mean after 5 days in Scotalnd and the night before I was to arrive in Glencoe, last minute - It was a most pleasant surprise the staff were SUPERIOR and KIND big bonus the dinner wasnt my favorite but maybe I made a poor choice...the breakfast however was on point! I wished I would have known about the spa details as I would have packed a suit - the view and surroudning areas are as amazing as it gets to be so close to untouched unspoiled nature it is almost tear worthy...you are walking distance to the lil village that holds a bar and restuarant and you could even travel by bus or car a short distance to the glencoe visitor center - I would definitley return - thank you so much for my stay! it was truly beautiful!

User

Wonderful place to stay - breathtaking views and very friendly staff - excellent food and accommodation

User

We come here several times a year just as a short get away. Food is great pool is relaxing and the staff are so professional. The barman Gary (last night) had us in stitches last to go to bed !! Sorry for keeping you up Gary πŸ˜‚ once again thanks to all the staff and see you again soon.

Partner and I had an overnight stay for my birthday .the room we were allocated on arrival faced onto the carpark , we had set our sights on having a view of the loch .My partner went to reception, asked for a change of room .within minutes we had our room with loch views. Although furniture looked a little tired ,the room was spotless clean .very cozy with heaters all on .smashing big comfy bed too .we had our dog with us who was supplied with food bowl ,with treats &cozy blanket .Warm heated swimming pool sauna and changing area was lovely .dinner was fantastic. Tasty hot food!! The hotels biggest assist are definitely the staff .reception staff .food waiter and girl who served us drinks at the bar 10/10 .thank you all .we will definitely recommend this beautiful place x

User

Our second time staying here. Was good the first time and that's why we've came back so soon! Even better now that they have refurbished the rooms. Lovely food! Kids love the pool and great that us adults can have time in the sauna. Brought my dogs as well who enjoy the walk around the grounds. Only a 30 min drive from Glencoe mountain resort.. staff very friendly and can't do enough for u. 5 star

User

Love it. Could possibly do with a bit of a freshen up but clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Food is fabulous and the staff are so warm and friendly.

One of the guys even helped get me booked into the local garage when I bust a wheel bearing. Dog & child friendly

Scenery is STUNNING and it’s a good base to visit Fort William and Oban - would definitely recommend and come back

User

Love it, dinner & breakfast whilst looking at the pap what's not to love. Love the renovation too, staff so helpful xx

User

James and I can't thank Angela and the staff enough. They totally excelled themselves to make our wedding day extra special. Everything totally exceeded my expectations and could not of asked for better service.

We will definitely be back next year for our 1 year anniversary xxx

User

I have stayed here several times over the last 20 years and have never been disappointed . This is undoubtedly The Hotel with the best views in the world . Luv it . X

User

Great time again at the Isles. booked dinner, bed and breakfast package. Great food, staff and lovely clean rooms. Pool and sauna facilites are also well maintained.

User

Great hotel staff very welcoming and helpful food always enjoyable and the pool is amazing we go often !

User

First time visiting here, however my friends had been many times before, and we will certainly be coming back. We went to the swimming pool which was lovely, warm, clean and quiet, changing area was also clean and warm. Staff couldn't be more helpful and were chatty and friendly. Highly recommended β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†

Been coming here for well over 10 years at least once a year. It's my favourite hotel in Scotland. The most amazing views, food is delicious, cracking nice warm pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Rooms are nice and spacious. Brilliant and friendly staff from Reception (Richard) to Restaurant (Zoltan, Kinga and Angela). Lovely walks just round the corner at the quarry and in Glencoe village. The staff always make us feel very welcomed. We now have a 1 year old son and the hotel suits us as a family even more now. Home away from home. Highly recommend it!

User

We used the pool at the weekend (myself and two children). It was very clean and the leisure facilities were good. We enjoyed our time in the pool and jacuzzi

We then sat in the bar area which looked a little disheveled but I think they may have had a big wedding party the day before so that could be why.

The staff seemed happy and friendly and my cup of tea was nice too :)

User

Magnificent view from our room, which we booked in advance. Staff were very attentive, food was delicious, our only criticism of our room is the curtains do need updated, especially as they are supposed to cover a ground level patio door ! πŸ˜”

User

Loved staying here, the lake was beautiful. We walked around the lake and took some beautiful photos. The hotel was nice and cozy!!

User

Stayed for an evening on Saturday but would not stay for any longer unfortunately. Very disappointed that our room was one of only a very few without a view of the stunning scenery, the car park and kids play park didn't quite cut it. Room was tired and needs updating the fixtures in the bathroom were like something from and old folks home loose and ancient. A little bit of attention to detail and investment could turn this from an ok hotel to a great hotel. If your not an animal lover steer well clear far too many dogs, especially being allowed in the bar area right next to a conservatory serving food, the reason we won't be back. Food was fantastic though the evening meal in the conservatory with stunning views was lovely as was breakfast just a shame it was more like kennels than a hotel

User

One night stay for my husband and I, and it was the second worst hotel on our two week trip. The room was spacious and had a lovely view to the loch, however everything else was essentially very poor. Our room had two windows out to the loch, one wasn't functional (couldn't be opened) and both were covered in mold around the edges. The carpeting in the room was a minimum of 25+ years old - I'm talking 1990's - and had stains everywhere. The bathroom was a disaster - old tiling in the shower, a disgusting vinyl sheet flooring and bathtub surround, broken shower wall tiles, mold in the grout all around the shower, and overall just gross. Breakfast was buffet style, and was pretty good. I visited the pool thinking there was a jacuzzi, but it was just a section of the pool with jets. The water in the pool looked to be lacking chemicals - I grew up managing pool chemicals, so I'm knowledgeable. Go elsewhere, this hotel is too out of date to be clean.
