From Tues 26th June, all tues night classes will be circuit training, we will have 40 min of circuits then 20 min of stretching, the last 30 min will techniques and self defence which you can stay for or you can leave its up to you.Thurs night classes will remain the same.
The only person you have to beat is yourself, so come along and give it go.
