My background can be of great interest for you. I worked as a Pizza chef 7 years in Italy and almost 4 years here in Sydney. I highly creative and able to prepare great dishes. My experience allow me to work under pressure with order calm and clarity. I am holding Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. I am highly skilled in devising and implementing programs based Food & stock, quality control, equipment hygienically clean and Working hands-on Food Safety Plan in accordance to the laws and regulations.

I am firm supporter of a healthy eating. I believe that raw, vegan foods and fasting are the best remedy against chronicle and acute pathologies. My spiritual life in those years is growth and helps me to simplify my personal and interior strategy. I had the great pleasure to be part and study with a great group of people and also with the head teacher Dr Subhana Barzaghi. This is the reason why we connect our activity with the zen tradition.
