Hi all, we just had the results posted today of an independent customer satisfaction survey. I am very pleased to announce that from the 50 clients that responded and asked to leave a comment 49 were positive with many commenting on the relaxed atmosphere and excellent customer service. Unfortunately we did receive 1 neutral review but the client did say she thought the customer service was good but thought her hair was an inch shorter than she asked for. We will strive to make it 50 positives from our next survey.
I want to take this opportunity to thank all my staff for their sterling efforts....keep up the good work. I would also like to thank the clients for taking the time to complete the survey and for the many kind comments.
