Absolutely love admiring the sunset of this beach from our balcony/wrap around decking and when the tide is out for a wee sunny stroll the next day! It really is the simple things in life - I'll literally never tire from walking the length of Heads of Ayr beach just a 4 minute walk from our coastal holiday home and taking photos of how different it always looks depending on the weather and time of day! ๐๐๐

Me trying to be all arty during a sunny stroll on my lonesome down Heads of Ayr beach yesterday afternoon less than a 5 minute walk from our caravan and later on in the evening with the hubby to catch the sunset!! ๐คฃ ๐๐๐ ๐ค
Didn't expect to find swans and a rocky outcrop from which you can clearly see a castle about 20 minutes into the walk - you walk from the left of the beach where the Heads of Ayr cliffs sit and walk the length of the shore to the right until you reach a rocky outcrop after the last of the caravans and basically follow the path to the right of this -- Google tells me this is Greenan Castle ๐๐ ๐
Amazing how the sky can change so drastically in just 10 minutes as the sun sets too and first time ever seeing live shells latch on to something super tight like the photo we took!! ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ

Enjoying a much needed cuppa and wee spot of coastal wildlife watching this morning around 6.15am! ๐๐ As well as enjoying the morning calls of the seagulls also seen 2 wee rabbits hop across the grass in front of our decking and what looked like a great spotted woodpecker judging from it's distinctive bouncing flight ๐ค๐ Have stuck a photo of Craig Tara wildlife in the comments - what wildlife might you and your little ones spot during your stay with us this season?? ๐๐๐โบโบ
It'...s so lovely too because every time we visit - the same (I'm presuming) wee seagull always comes to visit - the one you can see balancing on top of the lamp-post in front of our caravan decking! ๐ค

Heads of Ayr is a remote sandy beach backed by low-lying fields in an area dominated by high cliffs. With excellent views out over the Firth of Clyde across to the Isle of Arran, and to the town of Ayr a few miles to the n...orth, it is a good place to go for a walk and relax in peace and quiet! ๐ค๐

We had a great Easter weekend here...kids loved it yet again x
This caravan was what we were needing , tranquil and a view to die for ! Very nice owners who wouldnโt hesitate to help with any issues should you have any ๏ฟฝ we shall be back!
The caravan is lovely and comfy. The view is amazing as it's facing to the beach and was watching the sunset there. We had a great time there and will definitely come back next time!!
Thanks for letting us rent the carvan off you and letting our dog come along the caravan was clean and tidy and didn't smell like a pet caravan bad lovely airfreshers about the place! The decking was brilliant for the weather we had will definitely be back thanks again!! Xxxx
Such a beautiful caravan with the perfect surroundings especially with having children with us there was a large grass area for them to play without having to worry about roads and going out of sight. The caravan itself has everything you need and very spacious, it is also located close to everything you need within a couple mins walk. Had such a lovely weekend at Jackieโs caravan, will definitely be back again and recommend to anyone looking for a little caravan holiday.
Just back from a weekend break. Caravan was lovely and clean. 2min walk to the entertainment and also right beside the beach ๏ฟฝ will book again in the summer.
