Jade Palace

I placed an order and the kitchen managed to loose the slip. I called twice to check the status of the order and the kitchen were adamant that it was out for delivery. On the third time of calling the kitchen realised that it was missing and told me after being on hold for 5 minutes. Thereafter they gave me an insulting discount of £5 when I had already waited 1.5 hours for the food to start being cooked and it would take a further 30 minutes to arrive. Terrible service from a place that I use regularly.

Nice food ，good place to go. My favorite Chinese takeaway. I hope jade palace can open forever.

Took one hour and 40 mins to arrive. Food was terrible. Both wasted and put in the bin. £18 certainly not worth it

I live a good distance away from Jade Palace, but I often drop in on the way home from work. This is easily the best Chinese takeaway in southeast Edinburgh. Excellent food and friendly staff. My only complaint is that more than once, I've been left standing waiting to order while they answer the phone and on one occasion, I was ignored in favour of a rude customer who stepped in front of me to place his order, despite the fact that the girl had acknowledged my being there before he arrived. Really depends on who is working in terms of service.

I will never go to that chinese ever again as long as i live. Absolutely disgusting my meal went right in the bin. Also very expensive for the small portions.. Avoid at all cost.
