first class! best and cleanest that i have been in .
Went yesterday (28/10/17) with 3 friends, and we all loved it, food was delicious especially the cream of chicken soup and the chicken satay, cannot fault anything, and so looking forward to returning
Very friendly staff food great and fresh as we had a buffet everywhere was immaculately clean and would recommend it
This was my second time here and it was amazing defo be back
This must be the best overall of all the buffets I have used before. The food is second to none plenty of choice everytime I have visited. Mussels are supreme. Chicken dishes never dry always tasty and well presented a choice of rices, spicy or plain or fried also noodles in a multitude of flavours. The staff are great just enough service they flit in and out with no fuss just the type of service that is sadly lacking in the majority of eateries these days .... I recommend this restaurant 100% to families too. Baby changing in ambient setting and clean facilities all superb.

Me and my family would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at jade palace last night for my 60th birthday celebrations meal all staff were very attentive and helpful we were made very welcome and given plenty time to explore all kinds of food which was delicious will be calling again as it Is my favourite eating place thanks to all staff
Great food loads of choices and really relaxing atmosphere
Fantastic! Clean, well laid out, great price. The food - help yourself buffet style - was top notch. Everything I tried tasted as expected, or better than expected - been looking for a proper Chinese curry (more brown than yellow and more spicy than sweet or fruity)for ages, and found it here. Curry sauce, chicken curry and beef curry. Perfect. Good mix of beef, pork and chicken dishes, and a good mix of saucy dishes, dry dishes, sauce to go with dry dishes, noodles , chips and rice. Tried a fair few and all were tasty and hot. The desserts available were also faultless - mini cakes/éclairs/tray bakes/macarons/ meringues, as well as a few flavours of ice cream and also jelly cups and the usual fritters. The staff were pleasant and attentive without being pushy or intrusive. Will definitely be back when I am next in this area. Have started closing on a Monday, else I would be there now.

There is a wide variety of tasty food, buffet style, so that you can help yourself to as much as you like. The staff were really friendly & helpful, the restaurant is pristine & decorated to a high standard, well worth a visit!

1st time in been in for a while, pleasantly surprised with the new decor & the way the food was displayed.The better lay out for the food was much easier to help yourself, quality of the food was lovely, and loved the choices of sweets, will defo be back soon.
Won't be back. Its under new ownership and they charged us for our 3yr old daughter even though she didn't have anything to eat. Felt rushed and staff not friendly. Food wasn't anywhere near as good as it was a few years back. Shame as we enjoyed going there for years
I used to work here staff at the time were all lovely problem was the manager of the place the way he treats the waitresses and only the waitresses I told the boss a few times about this although no issues were ever solved I done my best in there was always happy and cheerful even when I was getting spoken like crap but as for the owners they were excellent friendly and I yet still have much respect for them unfortunately I left because of the fact the waitresses or waiters do not get tips it belongs to management and I thought and no I was a lot better than that so I had to resign but yet I would like to thank them for employing me it's just shame how things worked out in the end the fact you don't physically feel comfortable working with the manager all females felt the same but never spoke up I hope this helps and others speak up and get him out would be a much better place the atmosphere is amazing welcoming staff are all on top form and happy when he has his days off �maybe times have changed and he has changed his ways hopefully for the benefit of all other staff good luck and wish use all the best x
P.s bosses and chefs and all staf when I was there where absolutely lovely perhaps it's getting worse as I was the only one who spoke up good luck to use greatfull for the time I spent there x
Was in today the food was disgusting the rice was dry and deserts were dry and hard as if they were sitting for days and the curry sauce was just like a red water no flavour defiantly won't be eating hear again worst Chinese in tried
Was highly upset after was in with my friend had two soft drink and a noodle soup not finished as she took very ill being pregnant. We had to call emergency lift to get her home explained to staff and was bloody horrified to be charged 34 pound for a full buffet that was never approached or eaten

Not like it used to be. Meals were all to spicy. And in here your classes as an adult at 10 year old!!! No wonder the place was empty
