Shambles. Delivered the wrong bed, was told no one could help that day as the person who would deal with it was on a day off (!) and that they would sort the next day. Had no other bed and was told to use it and as there were no other beds in the warehouse a switch until a new one was made would be 4-6 weeks. No apology from the office, only an indignant reply that the delivery guys are tired because they are so busy. Very poor customer service and definitely not what I expect for a £1300 purchase. Won't be making that mistake again. Plus someone is going to be receiving their bed after someone else has used it. Surely not right??!

I had a very old and delicate rug in need of repair but put it off for a long time since I thought it was beyond repair. One of the technicians from James Barclay came to see it and told me that it was possible to repair (and clean) the rug so I went ahead and booked the work. I wasn't sure exactly how they get on trying to match the wools and colours whilst repairing the rug but when they brought it back I was absolutely delighted. A lot of experience must have gone in to the work as the rug came back looking cleaner and newer than ever before. I have no hesitation in recommending James Barclay for rug repair and the work they have done for me was remarkable.
